I was a previous Raynor Ford customer and Davidson bought Raynors. When they moved to clay the service and attitude were terrible. I called around looking for a good service department. John Rizzo the service manager told me on the phone. Come over and give us a chance. 5 Years later and 2 vehicles going on 3 I am still there. NOWHERE I have had better treatment, If I have a grip he listens and does his best to help. There was only 1. HE even took care of that so I did;t have to dump my F150, Ran like a bear until some guy t-boned me. Now I am looking for #3

Just bought a brand new Bronco Sport from Scott Harris and the whole process went very smoothly and fast! I didn’t feel pressured into anything and Scott tells you like it is. Great dealership and great salesman.

I had 4 new all weather tires put on my car recently from Burdick. I was given excellent, speedy service and was back on the road in no time. The service department staff there was very reliable and courteous through the whole transaction. I would highly recommend Burdick Ford to all of my family and friends. I love my tires, thank you!!

Terrible service. Mt wife took her 2013 Ford Escape there for NYS inspection and an oil change. Although she had an appointment, they were a half hour late taking her car in because 'everyone was on lunch' according to their service desk rep. Eventually, after she complained, they took the car in and, 20 minutes later, the service desk rep came out and told her that the inside hood latch handle was broken and they couldn't get the hood open. My wife brought her 2013 Ford Escape there for an oil change and NYS inspection. She had a 1:00 appointment. They didn't get it into the shop until 1:30 because 'everyone was on lunch'. Not a big deal. 20 minutes after they did get it into the shop, the service rep approached my wife and told her that they couldn't get the hood open because the cable and inside hood release handle were broken. They were not broken before the vehicle was taken into the shop. She was told that they could repair it but it couldn't be done for a couple of days. They were nice enough to give her a written repair estimate for over $500 (to repair something they broke). When she told them that she wanted to talk it over with me and would take the vehicle home, the Service Manager (John) tried to charge her a diagnostic fee! Ridiculous! Obviously I will never do any business with Burdick Ford again and suggest that anyone else that considers it find an honest, reputable dealership to perform their vehicle maintenance / repairs rather than them. Our community would be better served if the Burdick Dealership was an empty lot / building... Aside from that it was a great experience!

It's always a pleasure to work with the manager and salesman at Burdick Ford. They are always attentive and listen to what I do and do not want. If for some reason there's a problem or question they take care of it swiftly. Super nice guys and the whole facility is very accommodating without being condescending.
