“So far so good. They have a lot of great products to offer their members, which is why we switched to them. Getting help and assistance setting up our accounts and services have been great so far. We had a couple problems, but they were all very nice and proactive in getting everything fixed and figured out. In today's world, it's refreshing to have people that try and care about helping you.”

“This is my go to branch, and it has always been a pleasant experience. I switched from an online only bank back to a brick and mortar, ONLY because it was a hassle withdrawing money for large purchases. Only thing holding this institution back from 5 stars is their god-awful automated phone service and the terrible app that seems to do the bare minimum. I've been trying to change my Debit Card PIN for 20 minutes via the automated service, and I finally gave up. It keeps telling me "I didn't understand" and to "call back later during business hours", even though I'm using THE KEYPAD. NO KIDDING YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. I literally spoke to a rep earlier who told me use the automated line!The summary: real life people are always nice, but on the technological side, you'd have better luck using services designed by monkeys using typewriters.”
“I had the best experience switching all my accounts over from a different bank to efcu..I had a lot of questions, and needed to open a new credit account. I was helped by Ms. White, and she was phenomenal, and went the extra mile to make the transition flawless, and treated me like a person, not a number. I cant say enough good things about the experience, and would recommend them, and Ms. White , to put your money and Investments in there hands. Lots of options and benefits. It was definately a small town attention made to assist me, and I am very appreciative for that.”
“I frequently visit the Cicero Chase bank. The staff inside are always helpful and friendly. My only complaint is they need to replace the outside ATM. Today I stopped to deposit money in the ATM in the foyer and it was out of order. The only ATM left is inside the bank, fortunately the doors were still open just past 5 and I was able to use the inside machine. Otherwise I would have had to wait until tomorrow to make my deposit as there are no branches near my home.”
