The old man, that arrogant Jorge, should be changed. It's incredible that people who don't speak Spanish try to do it with Hispanics, but this old man speaks very well and it seems that I didn't go to look for a package and I didn't look for it, he just said that it hadn't arrived.

The service of Post Office is very bad,unfriendly workers and the mail man left the mail out of the mailbox, they don't care for the customers like other companies do it very well.

My package was held at this location for pickup.
I presented myself twice to pick it up both times I was told the package was not there.
The package is now sent back to the shipper

The mailman has a package to deliver and instead of ringing the doorbell or knocking he simply left a missed delivery slip and didn’t even assign the code to the package so I had no way of rescheduling the delivery. The following day I waited outside on my porch for him as I know what time he generally comes by however, heist have been running behind as he didn’t show up until an hour later. On top of that he didn’t have my package. I’m not sure if this post office only tried to deliver ONCE and I use the word fry very loosely since again, he made no real attempt to see if anyone was actually home, but this is ridiculous. He selected it was the first attempt and then the following day comes by with no package? The whole post office needs to be investigated because I am not the only one who’s had to deal with this and they’ve been getting away with it for years.

Was supposed to get a package and was told it was undeliverable due to the driveway being blocked by a car. I call it laziness by the driver not wanting to get out the truck.

A clerk named Priya was extremely unprofessional with her customer service skills not only did she give me and my mother a nasty attitude before being called out on her giving us a nasty attitude and having bad customer skills but then she refused to help us with taping our package shipping label to our package because I told her she had bad customer service skills. She literally said you tape the shipping label yourself since I have bad customer service skills and gave us our package back. My mom and I were in disbelief the good thing there was a much nicer clerk named Lenny there and he helped us with mailing out our package. I already complaint to USPS about the whole situation and hope they act accordingly because the way Priya treated my mom and I is not okay, that's not the way you treat customers.
