The lady at the desk I forgot to look at her name but she was very polite, professional and kind. My family and I went to apply for passports for my kids and we had gone to the one in Centereach and they were not helpful at all. I booked an appointment the first time and they didn't help me bc they said the appoitment was supposed to be earlier but I got there on time but didn't know I had to fill-out applications first made another appointment and got there on time there was a line and then they said that they couldn't help me bc the pictures were not supposed to look like that that the hair had to be down, they found any excuse to not help and that they were busy that day to book another appointment for another day even tho it was only 9:30am so I went to this one in CI and they were the best of the best.

At my local post office, a flyer said to come to this office to process passports. I came to this office to get a passport with my new name. The man behind the counter seemed to be upset that I bothered him while he was on his phone. He couldn't even be bother to sit up or put his phone away when I entered the office. I asked about the passport renewal process and told me he "wasn't paid to do that there". He then told me to mail it in. Yes, he gave me the information I needed, begrudgingly, but I felt he was very unprofessional.
