Went to get a new upgrade and we did not get any help due to an issue with a single missed payment and lost all credit after being with Tmobile for over 10 years. That show how much they care about an old customer and could not accommodate us and due to that have lost a customer

I purchased new phone few months ago, specifically asked for insurance. Phone broke months later, I tried to file claim.. Guess what? I have no insurance. My mistake was not checking my bill. After 8 years & 7 phone lines. Im deciding to cancel & move to Verizon

The customer service here is high standard . Everything they do is with quality and no one ever try’s to up sale or get over they truly help you get what you need and you go .Shout out to Mike the manager he’s phenomenal 10/10 would recommend.

This store was absolutely great. I went on New Year's Eve expecting it to be busy, but there were a good amount of associates available. My mom and I were helped by Jesse, who was helpful in recommending a new phone for my mom to switch to. Always worth it to go to a real T Mobile store for the best experience.

Here's the Scoop: Today I had to get my new phone setup so I went to TMobile. My husband and I had the sales representative Melvin help us. He was very efficient and patient. He was able to transfer my husbands data in no time. However because of the amount of information on my phone it took over an hour and a half. He was very patient and at times was servicing two customers at once. My husband and I wanted to buy him lunch after all he had done to get our new phones started. I couldn't believe how much information I had on my phone. I even had to delete some apps so my setup would go through. . We came into the store around 1:00 and left after 3. T-Mobile. Needs to give him an award for his courteous, efficient , patient and determined work efforts. He kept saying we're going to get this done. I've been coming to this location for years and other than the excellent service we received from Maraya who sold us the phones Melvin was excellent in the setup and persistent in finding a way to transfer my info. From this point on I will definitely ask or look for him if and when I need to return to T-Mobile for service. He's on his "A" game!

I had a serious problem with my cell phone where the battery would drain without even using it. The sales lady that helped me was a genius. She found a weather app that I had downloaded was the problem. That app download other apps that were running in the background that were draining my battery. After they were removed my phone went back to normal. This is a great place to do business with.

Friendly staff. The once every 5 years I need to go there they have been able to get me what I need. Thanks for the free socks and SIM cards basically.
