I went in to redeem a speedy rewards using the app. The employee refused to scan it saying it was a scam. How can a rewards on the Speedway app be a scam? I went to another Speedway and they had no problem scanning my rewards.

The store is so bad. One of the girls has a nasty attitude and goes outside and smokes a lot. She also is on her phone at all times even when there customers at register and doesn’t great customer and doesn't ask if I need help looking for something.There also another lady there that her husband stays there at all times while she is working and also on her phone too while helping customers.The manager is also on his phone and the store has expired candies and drinks.No one changes the roller girl they leave it on from morning to night time.They aren’t in uniform

Not open 24/7. Very misleading. Rude associates. Also not knowledgeable about tobacco products. As they always claim that the backwoods are all from the same box so they are all the same. Not willing to listen when I explain what it is customers are looking for in these specific products. I specifically am looking for moisture or lack of as well as veins in the leaves that often make the wraps more stiff and lumpy.

Pésimo servicio, mala atención, personal muy groseroI often get to fuel and shop at the store, but that day I needed to use the bathroom and a uniformed lady pulled me out in the most impolite and rude way. I do not speak English very well so I did not answer her but I do understand the language and it is enough for me to see her expression and tone used to realize that it was not her best day and so I decided not to return to store again so you have the best price sometimes

What a joke..couldn't process my lottery ticket cause the guy said he was new...and the other guy said he couldn't either xuz he was off the clock......such poor customer service..I will never go back....perhaps if the men behind the counter weren't so busy discussing the guys they were talking to ..they would know how to to perform their jobs
