I went to this salon back in august and it was she did a good job. I went back yesterday and the person who I booked the appointment with wasn’t there she came at the end when my hair was “done”. I sat in the salon for 20 mins because the people there was looking around wondering what to do. I had to use google translate to communicate and the person who did my hair didn’t know what to do. My roots were not fully retwisted, and I didn’t get the style I wanted. The rubber bands started popping off before I got home and my hair was still wet. If I can give lower than a star I would and I would not be coming back here.

Heavenly Solon is great! The owner is a true professional and very knowledgeable. I got a lot of compliments about her work. I will be going back there.

Dominique was good the first time I went but she totally stood me up the second appointment that was very unprofessional. Have another appointment Saturday with Bev I hope she's more reliable than Dominique .Service: Braids

This is literally the worst service i have ever received.. I had an appointment to do my locs, of which i waited almost 2 hours before the lady arrived. when my hair was finished, i had white flakes all over it from a product they use in my hair that is not meant for dreads.. We agreed on a 50 percent discount for my next visit, of which i called today to make an appointment, and i was informed that they would not be able to grant the discount!! They ruined my hair and took my money!!!Service: Dreadlocks

My middle part is not in the middle. One braid is like on top of my head. Crooked parts. And when I told her about it, she made excuses about it and got upset. I paid full price too. They were just four cornrows how can you screw that up? Won’t be returning

Great place and the owner is very professional and good with kids. It’s was such a pleasant experience filling in for my wife. My wife had a meeting so I took my daughter for her appointment. We were taking in 5 minutes before our scheduled time and in less than an hour we were done. Thank you Nadege for treating my princess like royalty ?? She loves her new hair style.Service: Braids
