They have all of the essentials and offer a very affordable price. Generally, the customer service is good, however I have noticed that there is an apparent staff shortage at times. I found myself waiting 20 minutes to get help with my project and had asked the manager multiple times for available team member for assistance. I did ultimately receive the help and I was given a 10% discount for the trouble. Parking is always plentiful and the store is neat and organized. Pretty much has anything for your home needs indoors and outdoors. Shoutout to Krissy for her excellent customer service and providing me with a discount.”
“This is a clean and well stocked Home Depot. If you can get an employee to help you, they are nice, helpful and many speak Spanish. They had everything that I was looking for and it was all easy to find. The store layout is similar to other Home Depots, so it did not take long to get what I needed. The parking lot is a disaster. It is not well maintained, there are pot holes and garbage all over and lighting is not that great at night.”
“My Kohler faucet head broke so I called and spoke to Linda. She said that Kohler would replace the faucet head at no cost. She asked me to send her the photo of my faucet and that she would call Kohler so that she could find out the model number. She called back right away and furnished me with all the information I needed to move ahead with Kohler. My part is ordered and on its way.I will be shopping at this store in the future and will always refer family and friends as well. She took time out of her day to help me even though they would not make a penny on this outcome. Thanks again Linda!”
