My Kohler faucet head broke so I called and spoke to Linda. She said that Kohler would replace the faucet head at no cost. She asked me to send her the photo of my faucet and that she would call Kohler so that she could find out the model number. She called back right away and furnished me with all the information I needed to move ahead with Kohler. My part is ordered and on its way.I will be shopping at this store in the future and will always refer family and friends as well. She took time out of her day to help me even though they would not make a penny on this outcome. Thanks again Linda!

I went in this place for the 1st time 2weeks ago in desperate need of trying to replace a ptrap for a bathroom sink. I had a 100 questions trying to understand and this worker name J.V. with a long white beard took the time to answer each question with patience and knowledge. He sold me the parts I was missing and I came home and did the job just like he said. Thanks J.V. now thats costumer service .

CI plumbing started to help us in October 1969 and continued to help my sons and handimen thru the years when I was there alone until I sold my Heatherwood home in 2006.. Many thanks to whoever owned it thru the years!! You allowed me to hold onto it and keep it repaired until I left for Florida!!

Needed a small key to bleed the water out of my wall radiators.Mind you,they were closing in like 5 minutes when i Called.Called in, and a nice fella answered and told me the device was like 1$.As i was not gonna make it by closing time,He told me that hed leave the key for me outside in a safe place so that i could pick it up.Really appreciate this gesture as it shows that there are still good people out there.and ive never stepped foot in the place for them to treat a stranger that way.Wishing All the best to this store.???????

Today I walked into the establishment not to purchase anything but to ask how to change the cartridge on an old model Delta shower faucet. An employee there by the name of Nick, got the answers I needed. I went home and followed his directions and my problem was solved. I felt the need to thank him for his assistance and offered to have Pizza delivered to the office and his reply was "no need, that is what we do here at Central Islip Plumbing Supply and that my appreciation for his help was enough. How awesome was that. It's good to see that there are still nice people out there in the world. For all of your plumbing needs, go stop by and see for yourself. They're a fine bunch.

These guys are the best, treat you with respect help you out and are the nicest people you'll ever meet. Don't ever go to the garbage can of a company Ferguson go to these guys. They know what there talking about and go completely out of there way to meet the customers needs no matter what it is. These guys rock especially Brian the delivery driver. That man is a class A gentleman and is the greatest guy in earth. Thanks guys!!

Went for a part for an old Sears low tank flush strap. While they didn't have it, the person who waited on me, spent the time to find a picture of the valve, wrote down the part number and then directed me to another supply store on Brentwood road. I told the clerk there that CI Plumbing had sent me. He took one look at the number and said, "I know just what you need ". He brought me the exact strap I needed and only charged me $2. He didn't even try to sell me the whole valve assembly. Obviously they respect each other.

I've been buying parts from these guys for about 30 years. No matter who I've dealt with, they've always been friendly and helpful (and I'm a "walk in", not a plumber by trade). Prices are competitive. It's a plumbing supply, what else is there to know? :)
