“Good service and friendly staff. We rented two vehicles for a mission trip to WV with our church. One of them had a mechanical problem and needed to be replaced, causing some of our team to lose a day’s work helping to repair homes in the area. When we told Brendan at the West Islip branch about it, he spoke with his manager about it, and they adjusted the price accordingly. Will definitely rent with them again.”
“This review is long overdue and more than deserved by Adam. I bought a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Chrono in 2021. I have to say that it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered. Adam was amazing to work with and delivered on all fronts. The vehicle had a wealth of service paperwork and all neatly organized. Adam took videos and pictures galore so I could see what I was getting. If I needed more, he would have provided that too I'm sure. He was extremely communicative and helpful up and beyond the delivery of the vehicle. He provided a warranty well beyond what others provide, especially in my state. I love the truck and Chrono! “Its greatly improved in service and inventory. People don’t realize that this is a small mom and pop shop. This isn’t a major airport. Also people are assuming that car should be readily available all the time when in reality there is a limited supply. I never have had a problem in the last five years of renting from them either picking up or dropping off. I rent for work and, I keep coming here because of the fact that this is the only car rental place that I can drop off my personal car in the parking lot and know that it will be safe.”
“Everyone in Deer Park Enterprise were very professional. I did not have to wait very long to get my car or even drop it off. They pick me up from my body shop and drop me off with no problem. This is not the first time I’ve rented a car from the Deer Park office.”

“Im not sure why this place has received so much bad reviews. I found them to be nice and helpful. They are a smaller local shop which adds a bit of character. They had my car i reserved and I was gone in under 15 min.Side note my flight had got canceled at Christmas from Islip, this was the only place that had anything. I didn't catch the guys name that served me but he was under alot of stressed from angry customers with altered travel plan but I think it was just fine.If you read this you might recall me saying you made at least one customer happy, well you did, we are home in Tennessee and safe. Thank you very much.”
