“Was in a jam on a projects and needed glass quickly. Called and left a message on a Saturday morning and at the time I was rolling my eyes thinking this is pointless. About 2 hours later I got a callback from Gino. He took his time with me, walked me thru what I needed as far as hardware tolerances and specs. I am a Cabinetmaker and went to 2 shops prior that couldn't be bothered to help me or needed a 3 to 4 week turn around time. Gino took my order on that Saturday afternoon and they were waiting for me to pick up on Tuesday morning. Really impressive and will definitely use them again. Received good instructions on how to proceed with email and text reminders. Dropped off and received email/texts it was done in about an hour or so!
