The ATM steals money. This is the second time the ATM has malfunction while using I am it and proceeds to steal money. I'm done! I have bank with them way too long.

One of the worst personal in the bak of america that i ever see never enough personal in the window to help you . For a single deposited you wait 15 minutes in line . They keep asking you what you need but still not fixing anything one person in the window will not help the 8-10 people waiting in line i avoid the specific bank . Rare go far away to the next bank instead of this location .

If you love waiting in a long line for an atm because 1 of the 2 is always broken then this is the place for you. If you like being harassed by the homeless begging for money while waiting in said line to deposit money come on down!! I despise everytime I have to go there. The worst.

This is the worst bank I have ever been to! I have to go three times a week, because the company I work for has an account here. First of all, there are four teller windows, including a dedicated business window, but there is only ever one, maybe two tellers working, if you're lucky, and the business window is ALWAYS closed! The line is always out the door and when you complain the manager, this Hispanic woman with a really bad dye job, is horrible to you! Last week I said to her, there are fifteen people on this line, why do you only have one teller, some of us need to get back to work. She said they weren't very busy when they opened, so she assigned them to other tasks, and that I wasn't really in such a hurry, so I could be patient. No, I work alone, my office is literally closed until I get back, so I am in a hurry! So, I said her, well there is a line now, how about having them help the customers and get back to what they're doing later. So, she argued with me and asked me if I knew how to run a business, and I said in fact I do. I've been in customer service for twenty years and the customer comes first. Whatever they're doing is what can wait, not the customer, and she sighed and said just be patient. They have no regard for the customers, most of the tellers are rude, the bank manager is a horrible, and I would never do business there if I didn't have to.

Terrible service super slow , surprise you need to even make an appointment just to open an account , and even if you wait it’s more than an hour ? The hell happen . Walked into the building the counter person walked away didn’t get greeted or anything been standing here 10mins as I write this review still no greeting terrible service

While I have never seen such a busy bank branch in my life, the incredible staff remains professional, knowledgeable, and wonderfully adept at managing so much activity! Yes, there may be a wait-time for walk-ins who need help beyond just teller services, but when I went, they offered me an appointment. When I arrived for my scheduled time, they met with me nearly immediately. The manager even remembered my name and my banking needs. The whole time I spent in this branch, I was overwhelmed by how wonderful the entire team was. And I give a special nod of commendation to Liliana Davila and Eddie Granados. I'm a fan. Thank you!

understaffed and unprofessional.12:30pm appointment.i was here at 12:20pm.it is now 12:56pm and have yet spoken to a banker.they are late.i am out.

Horrible customer service, they refer you to their app for all issues. Every question is answered with an attitude as if im not entitied to inquiere about my finances. If the staff there can’t assist customers than why are they there. Your response is for me to go on twitter or youtube. I shouldn’t have to go to social media to get customer satisfaction from bank of america. Something needs to be done about this branch executively because more than 50% of your customers are unhappy. READ THE REVIEWS FOR YOURSELF.

I don’t understand why the bank has posted they open at 9am Monday through Friday. I’m here on Tuesday at 915 am and I’m waiting in a line that’s forming and no one is here yet to open. Why do I continue to bank with this company if they can’t respect there customers time? I have no idea. Changes will be made when they actually do open on time.

Bank dont open till 10am.. you would think they would open earlier to get people in and out faster being that only a few can go in at a time... its a line outside with 17 people waiting for bank to open at 10 and they in there just looking at us, smh

I don't like the "cattle chute" lines on paydays, Fridays, or Saturdays. Monday thru Wednesday are better times to do your banking, if it isn't the first or fifteenth of the month. If you are handicapped, do not enter the line. Ask the front desk as you enter for assistance, if you require it. You may wish to bring an aide or family member to accompany you to Bank of America and to guide you to the teller window.
