He claims his cars are great. All subarus burn oil so you have to add a quarter every week. He will not let the buyer test drive. He uses old parts to fix something to have it break down a week later. Not very professional when it comes to dealing with customers. Does not return phone calls.

I bought a 2013 Impreza from Paul about a year ago, after he told me he was a Subaru specialist, and sadly it has become nothing but a problem. When I try to get a hold of him, he'd rather ignore me and proceed to tell my family I should just go to a Subaru dealership to pay their shop prices, I don't understand the treatment.... Especially for a paying customer, great service for my first vehicle...

Horrible service, terrible customer service, neglectful mechanic. Don’t take your car here unless you wanna visit twice a week with problems. He’s in it for the money, no compassion whatsoever. Don’t waste your time

Wonderful experience buying a car. Felt comfortable with the process and Paul was helpful in answering all of our questions. Paul went out of his way to help us with our 2018 Subaru Forester that is having some problems, gave us the number of the dealer and what needed to be done. He didnt have to help us with this vehicle but is such a standup person he felt he should help us. Look forward to making purchases here in the future!
