FedEx should remove their relationship with this place. Return specifically gave instructions that label does not need to be printed and to bring QR code to this location. On the contrary they do not follow this process and wastes customers’ time by allowing to be instructed to go through processes and procedures that they are not capable of handling!

Be encouraged not to place a photo order at this location..On more than one location I received confirmation that my photo order was ready to find out that the photo machine was broken.Bad experiences here, use Selden.

I recently picked up a script that they were only partially able to fill. Not a big deal. Nobody calls or texts me to let me know they have the remaining medication. They call me this morning to let me know it would be put back if I don't pick it up (hard to pick up something you don't know exists). I let them know I will be there after work, and fix the issue so I can receive text updates. I drive directly from work to the pharmacy (get there by 6) and they let me know they put it back around 5 and now I can't get it until later in the month because of insurance issues. When I asked what they expect when people are at work, they had no response. Beyond frustrated. On a side note I've been waiting six months for them to get a different medication in. If I could switch pharmacies on my insurance I would.

I do not shop at this particular location because its always a disappointment. I shopped there about 6 months ago and vowed to never go there again. Welp in a last minute stop i ran in a couple nights ago. There is very little training there it appears but also nobody wants to help you or answer a question. I needed help with my rewards card and account and the answers i kept getting were "i don't know, i'm not sure or its possible". Since again, I am not a frequent Walgreens shopper so that is why i needed a question answered. Looks like the company needs to revive the environment because the employees do not look happy. I guess I wouldnt care if i helped someone or even if i knew the answers to a question, if i was that unhappy with my job. Big Business just does not care about their customers or worse - their employees.

Today, 7/28/23 I was in Walgreens store #9461 (Centereach, NY) around 4:30 pm and I had a wonderful experience.The CSA Sarah, and her shift lead, whose name slips my mind, were so helpful, understanding and patient. They took the time to help me figure out how to cancel an online order, allowed me to replace the order with some adjustments (and were so patient with me when it took around 30 mins or so for me to get it done) and were super apologetic when the system was giving them a hard time checking my order out.Walgreens is very lucky to have the two of them as employees and they definitely deserve to be recognized and praised for their customer service.Thank you both for all of your help today, and I look forward to visiting the store again soon!

Their pharmacy is terrible, they don’t know how to answer a call. I stayed on the call for 40 minutes and when they picked up, they immediately ended the call. Also their customer service is super rude.

Everyone who I've ever dealt with at this pharmacy are extremely rude and lazy. Making excuses about the insurance not approving a refill when they in fact did after calling them up and having a representative speak to the pharmacist. This is the worse Walgreens pharmacy I've dealt with in Suffolk County

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE!!! The pharmacy (especially the pharmacists) are rude and incompetent. Not only do they give you the runaround on why a prescription can’t be filled but they are very lazy and take no accountability for their actions. When I tried to speak to the store manager about my experience and the unprofessionalism I experienced, I was told “they weren’t available and will return my call”. My call was never returned. That entire store is a joke and is obviously staffed with clowns. I do not recommend this pharmacy. Save your time and obtain your prescriptions elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy in history I had a total hip replacement I’ve been trying to fill my medication since Monday it is absolutely unbelievable!! All they do is give you a runaround!! Even before that they were terrible they got a terrible track record with customer service someone really has to straighten that store out it’s a shame atPlease tell your customers your closing at 6 to pick up medication‘s after surgery absolutely unbelievable they would do that. You have to be a professional and have a back up plan for your customers in need
