I recently picked up a script that they were only partially able to fill. Not a big deal. Nobody calls or texts me to let me know they have the remaining medication. They call me this morning to let me know it would be put back if I don't pick it up (hard to pick up something you don't know exists). I let them know I will be there after work, and fix the issue so I can receive text updates. I drive directly from work to the pharmacy (get there by 6) and they let me know they put it back around 5 and now I can't get it until later in the month because of insurance issues. When I asked what they expect when people are at work, they had no response. Beyond frustrated. On a side note I've been waiting six months for them to get a different medication in. If I could switch pharmacies on my insurance I would.

Worst pharmacy!!!! 0-Stars… Never have I ever had so much aggravation filling prescriptions!! You can never get anyone on the phone, they are incompetent filling prescriptions, try to charge copay when one is not required and beyond lazy the way they slap full size labels on tiny little bottles bottles… Find a different pharmacy, save yourself the aggravation!!!!!

Typical Walgreens out in the scary suburbs of LI. Close to where my family members live and it's convenient to grab a few things I usually forget when I come out here for a visit. Pharmacy, drinks, food items, snacks, health care, household needs and such. Well stocked and organized. I usually just drop in here for chips and peanuts to munch on over the weekend. Sometimes you can catch good sales here on these items.

Have ordered several 8x10 photo books here--excellent quality. Highly recommend them. I had one instance where the photo book was made flipped (they reversed the order of the pics), but other than that one time, I have no complaints. My friends absolutely loved their photo books and were surprised that such a high quality book came from Walgreens. If you do happen to have a defect in your photos, they're more than willing to make things right, which I love about their customer service.

This wal greens pharmacy is awful, there is a girl there with black hair dont know her name because she has no name tag. She never smiles she never says hello,thank you or goodbye, when other techs gives back my change they put it in an envelope she just throws it in the draw, if I was not quick taking out the change I would be missing fingers. The pharmacist manager there tells me something different about my meds each month I go in there. When I call to see if my scripts are ready she tells me the dr never sent it over, only to call the dr to find out they sent it over the day before. When I talked to the store manager about this Steve he told me maybe I should go somewhere else. After 4 years of using this pharmacy i am going to another pharmacy because no matter how many times i call corporate or talk to the manager it falls on deaf ears and walgreens as a whole they really dont care. I own a business and if i treated my customers like they do theirs I would be out of business. "USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK"
