“Reserved a suite for my lady's birthday and wanted to add a few items and decor to the room before we both checked in. I called and spoke to a manager, she said to call back the day of check-in . I did so and talked to a Andrew I believe at about 330pm the day of check-in, he stated we don't do that here ever was his second time reply. I informed him I spoke to someone several days ago , and he responded the same as if I were a inconvenience. Are you sure I insisted and the response was the same. So I ended with fine! , ok, I will be there later. A bit disappointed at the lack of communication between people who work there. Also it seemed as if I was a bother to the person who is suppose to be a customer service, front desk individual. May or may not be back , that was out 1st time visitRooms: The suite was very spacious and very clean.”

“Great fun, awesome food, large bar and much more than just bowling. Newly renovated with a friendly, knowledgeable staff and they even have a pro store complete with a long time expert that can provide you perfectly with all your bowling needs (shoes, balls, braces, repairs etc)”

“I’m not normally one to write reviews but I just HAD to give it up for Watermill Caterers! We had our ceremony and reception at Watermill in March 2024. Everything was perfect! Not a single thing went wrong! They truly listen to what you envision for your big day and execute it perfectly! Our bridal attendant Christina was completely on top of everything, I never had to lift a finger or worry about anything! Johnny our “captain” was so wonderful and down to earth! He helped make sure everything ran smoothly! Our maître d Nick kept all of the night’s events perfectly scheduled! Watermill is a well-oiled machine! You will not be disappointed booking your wedding here! Be sure to book with the sales person Robert! He was so kind and welcoming, answering any texts and questions we had! The food was incredible! Every entree got raving reviews from our guests! The building and grounds are so well- maintained that you have nothing to worry about for your pictures!”

“My sister and I did a paint night as Christmas gifts to each other! Our night started off perfect with a class of Cabernet Sauvignon. We were greeted by our artist, Ronnie, and were seated together! Ronnie was warm, friendly and made our night entertaining! We had time to have conversations and even play games while we were waiting for parts of our painting to dry before moving on! I will definitely be back to do another painting with Ronnie!”

“We had our daughters 7th birthday there. It was the best birthday we've ever had for her. They took care of everything, so friendly, so accommodating, eager to help every kid. She loved, her friends loved it and most important the parents stayed and loved it. This place stands out when it comes to indoor birthday parties, it was different and fun. “The Old Field Club was the most amazing venue! From the very beginning of our wedding journey we loved everything about the venue and what they had to offer. Carlos was great to work with and was very patient, upbeat, and detailed oriented the day of our wedding. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and service! “Got there early enough to be seated without reservation although if .ore then 2 in group reservations a must. Try the scones freshly baked especially loved the chocolate chip. Comes w Raspberry jam and butter on side. Tried the white Raspberry tea and the white peach delicious. Sandwiches served on fresh breads w salad a nice touch. Preferred the chicken salad over the slightly over salted Tuna sandwich. Try the high tea menu $45 pp but worth the cost served w little finger sandwich bites and pastries. The service is excellent. Returning w friends again soon.”

“We hired the New York Dart Zone's Mobile Unit to host a Party for our 9 year old son and 23 other boys. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from booking to executing. The mobile unit staff could not have been any nicer or more helpful. They ran a fantastic party. The boys had such a great time! Strongly recommend this crew.”

“Amazing experience for my daughter. She has taken Miss Pam’s crafting club and art club classes. Her confidence in her artwork has grown tremendously, as a result of these classes. She’s made lovely keepsakes that she feels proud of. Can’t say enough good things about mini Monet, the classes, birthday parties, the open studio, crafting supplies and more that Pam offers. Great spot for kids and adults! Love it here”

“Love this place but just 2 “negative” things are it’s bit expensive to be honest but what isn’t nowadays? As well as, it’s a bit bizarre that they close at 6 everyday . I’d be their best paying customer had they been open later especially since I live up the block. I can’t tell you how many other family members and friends have said the same over the years .Most people don’t get off work until 5/6. Hoping the owner sees this and can possibly reconsider their hours . :( on a more positive note , it is very clean & full of things to do for all ages including he toddler area , the games , blow up bounce houses & the actual play structure for all ages .I even find it fun to slide down the slides with my kids and crawl through the tunnels etc lol”

“We had our company holiday party here this past week. It was my first time and it was so much fun.The chicken tenders were really good (that's all I tried). The claw machines actually work (I won both times I played). The staff were friendly and very accommodating.Just a note to those with sensitive feet: The rope bridge in the ball pit area really hurt. Consider a different route to get across. Overall, it was a great experience. I will be going back.”

“Went there for an event.It is a big place, for $50 ring side seats to see wresting . It was fun, but not to bring your kids more for the adults. The first time going it was a different experience”

“Take my kids here for birthday parties and lessons. I have never had any complaints or heard any about the place or any staff. Plan on bringing all my kids here for lesson as long as they keep playing ball”

“Unfortunately, the season is coming to an end and I just wanted to shout Brentwood out as one of favorite courses. All of the staff from the pro shop to the 19th hole servers are great people.Onto the course, it’s a relatively easy and well maintained place. Wide open side by side fairways so you won’t lose your balls too often unless they go over a fence or deep in the trees. The greens are in great condition. There aren’t any geese to worry about thanks to the foxes that are roaming freely (careful, they’ll steal food out of your cart).This place is rarely packed.. we’re always starting on time or 10 minutes early. And we always make the trip out to Brentwood bc it’s always a good time. Can’t wait til next season”

“We had my son's Birthday Party here this weekend and HAD A FANTASIC TIME! The mini bowling room was great, we did the Route 66 theme to match everything!Giovana was a great party host, she went above and beyond.Kathy was great to us, as well as Leeann too!I would highly recommend using Coram Country Lanes!!If you child is 5 or 6 and under, check out their mini lanes!!”

“Nice, neighborhood type, Italian Restaurant. Menu is good, plenty to select from including yesterday, a Friday in Lent. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Fairly priced. A nice experience overall.”

“We looked at so many venues for our event. Not one compared to Villa Lombardi's. The staff was so accommodating from the first visit through helping us pack the car after our party. They truly deliver Italian hospitality to the hosts and guests. It was so clean you can eat off the highly polished floors. Attention to every detail is an understatement. Food was fantastic and the party was well run. Service, presentation, cleanliness. They offer it all. If I had one do differently, I didn't like that open bar meant the bottles were hidden from our guests view.”

“For some reason this post is coming over in my daughter's name. It is however, coming from the Mother of the Bride. Had my daughter's Bridal Shower Brunch here on 5/21/22. The hall was perfect for the event. Alex was amazing, and so was Max. Both of them were so accommodating and easy to deal with. When you're planning an event you're already under pressure wantingeverything to go just right. They made things easier, especially Alex on the day of. Both of them are rockstars! I would definitely recommend this hall .”

“I had my wedding here on 11/22/2023 the wedding day went extremely smooth, the bridal attendant was especially wonderful and really took care of me and made sure everything went as planned. She helped me set up my center pieces and brought things on her own that I forgot like a cake topper and utensils to cut the cake she also made sure I was drinking and fed all night and even sent me home with leftovers which I appreciated. The vendors that they recommended were fantastic , I personally used the photographer and the DJ, and my maitre'd was also very kind.I picked windows on the lake because I was in a wedding a year before my wedding and I was able to see how they treated the bride and ran the event and needless to say they really care about you or make you feel that way on your special day. The food was delicious other than the salmon (the only complaint I got from guests) and the on site baker is fabulous I had guests coming up to me asking who made my cake and if they could have the information for the baker.The only gripe I had with the venue was that before the actual date of the wedding they did not do much communicating with me in regards to payments and seating charts and picking linens and the reception introduction paperwork. Actually when they called me a week before the wedding they assumed someone already did that with me and they did not so I had a bit to do a week before the wedding but honestly that little hiccup was nothing in comparison to the amazing day I hadI would 10/10 recommend having your wedding there, it had been an all around pleasant and beautiful experience”

“The waitress came to us the moment we got to our lane. We said we didn't need anything just yet. She never came back. We had to get our drinks ourselves from the bar. And when we were done w our last game we tried to take a picture of our scores but they reset us so quickly that we missed it. Before we were done putting our shoes back on, new players were coming to our lane ?‍♀️ they had not even made sure that we had left & that our space was clean for the next ppl. I still give it 4 stars as a general rating bc of their leather benches and overall friendly atmosphere.”

“Went here recently with my wife to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The host sat us right next to the door and told us that there was no other table. Luckily, our Server Nick came to the rescue and seated us in the middle of room, knowing that we were there for a very special occasion. Nick treated us well, but the other "meat carvers" didn't really care about serving. If it wasn't for Nick, I would've given the service a 2 stars. The meats were em excellent. And the salad bar had great choices.”

“This was my second time staying here. The first time was in the fall of 2023. At that time the staff was short handed but courteous. My room was clean and comfortable. This time they were fully staffed and again all of the staff that I came in contact was courteous. However, I was given a room next to the guest laundry that was quite noisy. When I asked for a different room, I was accomodated with a smile. Again my room was clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I'll just ask for a room away from the laundry. :)”

“Lou Gramm concert 8/26/2023Went to the concert and was charged $30.00 cash only for parking. I did not read this anywhere when I bought the tickets online. Some customers turning around to go get cash.Had bugs flying around.. winged gnat or something - Lots of them. They dispersed when the music started playing.The concert area was nice. Concession stands, lawn area, etc.”

“The Hilton Garden Inn MacArthur Airport is overall a great hotel! The only complaints I could have is some minor things that need fixing in the rooms like a the bathroom door could use some new paint and some repairs of chipping on the middle bed side shelf. This is a great place for businesses trips as they provide you with a in room Ethernet connection. There is no communal business center as it mentions on their website. There is just a printer but no computers but there is plenty of space to set up your computer in your room and to connect to the WiFi through the Ethernet. The lobby is absolutely beautiful and gorgeous, they have a snack place for snacks for purchase and even a restaurant! The only thing that would make this hotel the best ever is an indoor pool! That would make an amazing addition. It would be great if they would include the breakfast and parking in the price of your room. This hotel is also very pet friendly!Safety: The safety is top notch with the main doors to the lobby being locked through the main hours of the night and all other entrances locked 24/7 where you have to have a keycard to unlock it. The only thing that I could note is it seemed like the windows in the hallways and the room could be opened.Food & drinks: They had many options in the little snack shop in the lobby and a full restaurant also.”

“We only went there for lunch at the bistro restaurant, the food was delicious,there was a glitch with the computer and one of our lunches didn't come out with the other.The manager Zachary couldn't have been any nicer,he kept apologizing and asking if there was anything at all we needed.Thats a great manager who handled the problem and kept everyone happy! Very lucky to have him.”
