Employee young female with blue hair at the bottom don’t know her name but is very rude and gives the worst customer service .me and my friend came in and she was looking at us if we were stealing not sure it’s because we’re Hispanics but still not acceptable and was also treating a fellow elderly lady very rude . I usually would never leave reviews like this but whoever is hiring these ppl needs to work on it or atleast give them better customer service advice on how to treat others .

Incense, bongs and rude condescending clerks. That sums it up. Don't know what else to write that nobody before hasn't done already.

Came here recently to purchase plugs and the employee bullied me because she insisted on determining the size I need for me, which I did not want. No matter how many times I suggested I did not want her help she refused to let me browse or make a purchase, extremely unprofessional. She likely assumed I was much younger than am and that may have contributed to her condescending attitude, she kept insisting she didn’t want to be responsible for me “blowing my ears out.” Why would she be? I’m there to purchase jewelry in a much smaller size than I previously had- the woman was bullying me and extremely unprofessional.Edit: went to Spencer’s and they helped me no issues and I guessed my size right, as I thought I would considering I’m a 32 year old woman who’s had stretched ears for more than half her life.

This shop has the best glasswork. Very nice staff, especially Alivia. It would be really cool if there were tarot readings offered and musical instruments sold. Maybe some ornamental crystal diffraction for aesthetics. Could use a more psychadelic atmosphere but again, great for what it's for. The glass is well blown. I had one piece that withstood a good dozen falls onto concrete without shattering. Here's the blueprints for the electric guitar bong!

Extremely pretentious and overpriced, but a solid reliable place to get your wares...edit: no longer solid or reliable. They don't even try any more...

I haven't been in your store for a long time.. I walked in there today February 4, 2023. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which made me feel as If I was welcomed to shop in your store. I was looking for a crystal. The young gentleman that helped me was so outgoing we had a very nice conversation as he was helping me out. Thank you Thomas for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back to enjoy your for another conversation. Give that boy a raise he DEFINITELY deserves it.One again thank you Thomas

I give this 4 stars because every thing else in this store is awesome. With that said I choose to come her because my daughter and I have been here quite a few times over the years for piercings. So I tried three times to catch her when I finally caught the girl in she was on a break. I waited 20 mins for her to return. In the meantime a few others came in as well for her. I on a whim had my forward helix done while on vacation at a friends new tattoo shop. Btw beautiful place and new. It was east end tattoos past owner who moved.to Fla. anyway. My piercing was 6 months old and I decide time to put in the studs I wanted. Well this girl was not only rude and rushed me to the point I wanted to leave insulted my ear on how I don’t have the proper anatomy for forward helix and how the guy who pierced it all messed up and it was pierce croaked. ( he used a straight needle straight in) I watch the whole thing. She was aggressive and rude. The old piercer was a sweet heart and very knowledgeable. I did not get that from this one. Very unprofessional insulting another artist/piercers work especially when I’ve been to two other places who complimented the job. And btw my Anatomy is perfect for this piercing she just couldn’t get the earring in so she blamed my ear. And on top of all this I paid 54 bucks for the wrong size earring it was not the one I choose. Very disappointed but still love Utopia. I will just need to find a better piercer.

I was referred by a friend. I have been using a CBD oil to help with pain management but overtime the pain got worse and the oil did less and less. I was told to see Squire. Nice guy. Very personable. He recommended a tincture which was twice as strong and less expensive then what I was using. Thank you Squire. Then there was Lia. She was so sweet and down to earth. She answered a few more questions and made me comfortable with my purchase. She told me about other products that Utopia offered. Great experience. Thank you Lia.Bottom line. The tincture worked overnight. Thank you Utopia.

Super rude girl at the front but the guy working the smokeshop counter was super super nice so thanks for that. The girl looked me up and down twice with her arms crossed, and when I said I was just going to the smoke shop after she said hello with the BIGGEST attitude, she said "okay??" Like I was bothering her?? As I walked away appalled at her rude attitude, she said in a silly tone that I'll be carded. I don't know what crawled up her a** and died but if I see her again I'll be sure to leave another crappy review if I'm treated the same

I had the best experience tonight at Utopia with Lia. I have had my belly pierced 20 years ago and took it out for a medical procedure. After 1 week of leaving it out, it needed to be stretched/tapered which was performed by someone else at another location who replaced it with a smaller size which caused great discomfort.Lia measured my original (1/2 inch) and knew immediately the one I was wearing was much too small.Lia inserted the new belly ring 1/2 inch painlessly, even though I had swelling. Lia then gave me great tips with regard to cleaning to prevent infection. She also recommended the J curve to accommodate a woman’s changing body. I work in the medical field, and I can tell you first hand, she is a real pro!!
