I highly recommend using Rich and TJC Automotive. Being he is a mobile mechanic, he is always punctual and reliable. He is professional and knowledgeable and explains everything going on with our commercial trucks as well as personal vehicles. By using them, it saves us a lot of time and money. He provides an extremely convenient service to our business. 10 out of 10 overall.

The coolant line in my truck blew and I couldn’t leave the driveway. I looked up an at-home mechanic and TJC conveniently came up. Rich answered promptly, showed up promptly, diagnosed it promptly and was able to give me a realistic ETA for repair time, which was also handled promptly (I wasn’t in a huge rush). Compared to most mechanics, he was also very fair on pricing. Hopefully no more breaks occur, but I’ll be sure to follow up with them.

Would 100% recommend! I couldn’t drive my car anywhere so they came to me. Very professional and honest, my car was back on the road after a couple of days new parts and everything. Anytime I had a question or needed something they were quick to respond

Rich was responsive and easy to schedule with. He completed quality work at a fair price. He identified a brake problem that several other shops had missed or ignored. He answered all my questions and walked me through a comprehensive diagnosis and repair plan whether I used him for the work or not. Would recommend to friends and family.

Had a fantastic experience with TJC today! Rich came over diagnosed and then was able to make the repairs I needed. Best part was I didn’t need to leave the house, he explained what parts he needed. I am extremely happy I found Rich. Forget those dishonest mechanics that have you coming back to them over and over with more problems. Rich is extremely skilled, prompt, fairly priced, and honest. Finding a good and honest mechanic is like finding a needle in a haystack, and I am extremely lucky I found him. He even goes to you to work on your car! I can't say enough good things about him other than the fact that he is now my go-to mechanic for life. You won't be disappointed!
