let me start by saying i have been with T-Mobile for over 20 yrs and have 4 lines with them. On Christmas eve I went to the store with my wife's iphone12 ProMax. I explained to the guy that I wanted the same phone but iphone15.being an android owner I don't really notice the difference or know the names of the apple phones. The rep says ok and goes in the back to grab the phone. He returns and asks if I would like a case, protective glass etc etc?.I say yes to all being its a gift for my wife and we don't purchase new phones every year. I pay for everything in full and He bags the stuff up and I leave. On Christmas eve my wife opens the gift and states "wow are the pro maxs phones smaller now?upon reading the case i realize it's a iPhone 15 pro.dissapointed I figure ok no big deal ,I'll just go swap it out since she didn't open any of the accessories or the phone.so on the 26th I return to the store stating what happened. The rep seemed confused and then stated there would be a $70.00 restocking fee. I told him I am not paying the fee and demanded a manager. The manager refused to waive the fee and just told the rep to refund my money minus the $70.so in summary he jeopardized a long time customer with 4 lines that was looking to spend over $1200 for a phone and accessories for a $70 restocking fee?I will never return to that store and will travel miles out of my way over principal. I called corporate after going to another store and they both said the manager was within his authority to waive and/or not charge me the fee.i hope tmobile acts on this before he jepordizes any more customers

When my husband and I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile we were so happy to get new phones. Of course since they were different that the ones we had we spent alot of time asking questions. A few times we had to return to the store and the associate Myke was there to help us. He was patient with us and helped us every time with a smile. Now any time we have a question we will go back to him. Great store and associate to do business with.

Although all the ads say, 'on us', not sure what they mean by that. I upgraded my devices to the Iphone 15 pros. I traded in my old devices, which had an $830 trade in value, but something that many don't know is, you will be paying taxes on the entire cost of the new phones. Still not sure what the 'upgrade to Iphone 15 pro on us' really means. Called corporate and they refused to help as well. The ads are very deceiving so ask questions before bringing in your family, because that is when they got you.

We had to stop by T-Mobile corporate store to get our plan fixed since a third-party store that sold T-Mobile products did not do a good job of informing us of charges and signing us up for promotions. Our representative, Nico was super helpful. He stuck with us for about an hour troubleshooting and making sure we got all the promotions we were entitled to. The staff was super friendly, and the environment was clean. Definitely see these guys if you have T-Mobile questions!

My friend busted up his screen and needed a new phone. Rafi took really good care of him. Not only did he get a really great phone but he got a good deal on it. And Rafi was able to help him get into his Gmail account to download his information. Since his screen wasn't working, they couldn't use the Samsung software to move data to the new phone. But Rafi was tenacious and he got it done. Kudos to Rafi and T-Mobile forgetting my friend a new phone and getting his data downloaded onto it.

I may be a bit partial to the name " Daniel" since that was my grandfather's name but I must say that the " Daniel" in this store certainly lives up to the greatness of my grandfather. The " T- Mobile " "customer care" line is awful but Daniel is fabulous. After not having a working phone for several hours ,I decided to head to this location. I was frustrated because I was scheduled to be at acting gig but needed my maps and a working phone in order to attend. I was already late and not happy since I tried to call ( the moments my phone worked) "customer care" and after being on hold time and time again it would just hang up on me. I walked in to the store and only saw two employees and said " oh no, this is not going to be good" but I was pleasantly surprised. A few other employees came out and one asked if they could assist me. I explained my situation and Daniel said " it sounds like a sim card issue." He asked for my number,looked up my account, and asked for my license. " Oh ( insert "bad" word) " is what I said when I realized that I did not have my license because I had put it in another bag for today's work. I said I had my " security guard license" and asked if I could use that as my identification. At first Daniel said " no" but then he had a moment and remembered that " it's always worth trying" so he used my security license and it worked. He proceeded with the sim card change, updated a few things, and I was back in business. Daniel had a great attitude, amazing customer service skills, a wonderful personality, and was looking to go the extra mile for his customers. In a world where there is so much negativity, i was delighted to work with such a happy, positive, and educated young man. I hope my phone continues to work but if i encounter any more issues, I'm going back to see Daniel and you should too.

We have been to this store service times and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The store manager BRANDON very knowledgeable and helpful. We have been dealing with Brandon for a few years now and he has never given us incorrect information. He knows his business. I would recommend him and this store to anyone!

Packed today I had to leave. Definitely don't try anything on a weekend. The kids are helpful but they get overwhelmed. Totally understandable cause I was too and I was able to walk out. Some customers are so rude and impatient. Great store just go on a weekday.

I have very pleasant experience with T-Mobile store. Marlon is a very nice person to serve us. I will go back to the same store if I need help on my phone.
