I have many prescriptions & have had the most efficient service. After 36 years of various private & major chains used, I am most happy with the product, price, customer care communications... so courteous & have to admit I have been a very difficult customer at times. I have STRESSFUL TIMES & They have patience .... Thank you to all the employees ?

The pharmacists and pharmacy clerks are excellent. They're always concerned when the medication is very expensive and always looking to find alternatives or using coupons!

Brought my son for his first Covid injection, with an appt, it took the pharmacist 25 minutes before she came over to give injection. No im running behind, no apology, nothing. After injection she put a bandaid, over the cotton that she left on his arm, needless to say the bandaid popped right off. Not friendly, no smile, seemed more annoyed she had to give the shot. I had mine done at Miller Place S&S. No issues, communicated with me from start to finish. Very friendly pharmacist at Miller Place store.

Blonde pharmacist always miserable. Other customers complaining about her. She doesn't know her job well..or would rather do her job wrong just to argue, but messed up my script and would not listen when I tried to tell her what she did! A shame. The man whose been there a long time is wonderful, but I'm driving further for a different pharmacy. And I'm disabled. She's not worth it. O gave her so many more times to just do her job, but every time she's there you can count on a problem and a serious attitude.

Decent stop & shop despite the chain not being my favorite place to shop. I don't come here regularly as I don't live out here but I come here often since I am in the area for many things on the weekend. This stop & shop is better than the one by my house and had a ton of hand baskets where as mine never has a single one.

I would give zero stars if I could! we did an order for peapod delivery for my father in law. The delivery driver arrived 16 minutes before our 2 hour window. He was on his way home and they could not wait. We asked if they could come back at the end of the shift and the dispatcher Danielle said that the drivers gps was dead and there was no way to get the food. I then asked if I can just come pick it up and she said most of the food would be thrown out.... What???? Then she said customer care would call me... at 7:54pm but they closed at 7pm! Waiting for the store manager Barbara to call me.... I won't hold my breath! So literally no one cares about the customer. As a consumer I am so dissatisfied that I am telling every person I know to NEVER shop at this store or the company and to NEVER order peapod.

There are no many options to grocery shopping in East Setauket- there are many issues with Stop and Shop and as i read the other reviews I cannot see the store they described. Today waiting at the Deli counter this horrible smell of ammonia ! and it was all over the place. A joy killer if you buy food. The produce department has serious issues. Earlier in Summer buying peaches was an adventure half of them were rotten inside. The attitude of some of the employees ( not all mind you) Is nasty like they are doing me a favor. Today i went into the 12 items or less line. A woman named Melissa, a manager sadly reprimanded me for having more than 12 items just by looking at my wagon. I asked if were units or items. I had 8 cokes:)) 4 oranges etc. I put my basket on the belt and she told me that i had to take all the items out ...(?) why? I asked. She responded "so I can check them"...I emptied the basket on the belt to which she seemed annoyed. She could take them one by one anyway, that was her job, then she put all the bags in the carrousel which she could have simply given to me. This is a manager?? I do not wonder why many people in this town drive 20 mins to Whole Foods Where is upper management? I ask. I see employees standing around while they expect the client to bag their own groceries!! This is why Shop Rite and Whole Foods will be around for a long time. I doubt Stop n Shop long term future in this town or any other . Save time. Don't go there unless in a pinch
