If you like to negotiate with someone who can't spell, and uses every real estate, BS phrase, you can imagine, rather that talking straight and honest, then call Pete Russo. We spent 525 dollars on cookies with Peter Grosso. How? Well, we saw a house Grosso was selling and decided to make an offer and it was accepted. Peter, sent us stale cookies. Then we had an inspection, which turned up many problems. Rather than negotiate, we get a text from Peter, telling us some complete nonsense about the seller, not wanting to sell to us? We never said a word to them. We got around 3 days of consideration, and zero discussion over the price of the house, for our time working with Peter. In other words for 525 dollars with Peter Grosso-that comes to over a hundred dollars a cookie. Do not do business with smooth talking Peter, his cookies aren't worth it.

I highly recommend Deanna Coyne to help find the home of your dreams! From start to finish she always made herself available to answer questions and explain the procedures in detail. My closing came up very fast and she even helped me find movers that would not only move for me but also pack for me.. which took a lot of the stress off of me. She is the best!!! Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. RE/MAX Integrity Leaders stood out. I would definitely recommend Peter Grosso and the RE/MAX Integrity Leaders team! This was my first selling of a home and I really felt Peter knew his business. Peter came to our initial meeting with very helpful information and explained his process in a way that definitely showed his expertise in real estate. He was always super responsive as if I were his only client! Friendly and professional. My house sold in less than two weeks with three offers first of which came within the first three days of listing. Peter also found me my forever home. Peter also is a wonderful guy in general he gives back so much to the community. I highly recommend Peter and his team to anyone.

Peter Grosso. This man is a model of a poor realtor. Our bid was accepted by a buyer and the house was inspected at a cost of $525. When the inspection came back with many problems, my bid was instantly dismissed by Peter Grosso, and I lost money. Peter Grosso, blamed the seller, naturally. Most realtors refund the potential buyer, under similar circumstances-go find one. I paid over 100 dollars a cookie for Peter Grosso's realty skills. For $525-I got ZERO-consideration from this awful, fast talking incompetent.
