I had one instance where the photo book was made flipped (they reversed the order of the pics), but other than that one time, I have no complaints. My friends absolutely loved their photo books and were surprised that such a high quality book came from Walgreens. If you do happen to have a defect in your photos, they're more than willing to make things right, which I love about their customer service.”
