“New to the area, I am a big dry age and steak guy. Shaun messaged me about freshly 45 day dry aged ribeye porterhouse and strip. I have to say this is the best prime I have seen from a butcher in a long time. Most places say it’s prime and there’s little to no marbling, these guys, let me tell you, high quality primed marbled steaks, I highly recommend.”

Even though this person was extremely busy, I interrupted him nicely and he made me the most beautiful pork loin. I can't recall if it was 3 lbs but it was under $10!! The one I was going to choose was 5 lb. It had a lot of fat on it and it was $22 and it was lesser quality of pork. I wish I asked for his name.
