Love Mandee but Service there sucks..Went there yesterday at 7:35pm they close at 8:00pm as soon as we walked in we were approached by 2 young ladies telling us that they were closed.

shop here for my teens and its pretty great when it comes to pricing and its very well organized. BUT the young staff just ruin it. They openly talk about their personal drama and about other coworkers right in front of you with no care. Its very uncomfortable to get stuck standing there in from of the register listening about very personal topics. Very unprofessional.

Bad customer service they closed the fitting rooms when they saw I had dresses to try on more than an hour before closing and considering the no refunds policy seems really bad for the customers

Full disclosure: I HATE SHOPPING, but, my sweet sis and her hubby took me shopping for my bday.I really needed some new items and we decided to try Mandee.Everything is young, fresh and adorable. I'm usually a small/medium, here I was a Large/XL...and that's fine because it is SO affordable,I can check my ego at the door! LolStaff was very sweet. I would definitely come here for some cute dresses/outfits that won't cost an arm and a leg!

Definitely a good store to save some money but keep in mind when you shop here prepare your self to be ignore 100 from employees working here , as well the cashiers are always moody and never say Hi or Thank you , they looked so unhappy every time that i come, they need a little bit more energy and definitely a little bit more of good customer services .

Staff openly commented on my wife’s weight and made her feel like garbage. They loudly talked about her while she was in the dressing room. She was the only customer in the store and they started ripping apart every detail about her while she could hear it. Absolutely disgusting that someone would do this. Never going back.

Although I love to shop at Mandees with my daughter where they offer her great options for affordable and trendy clothing, my last 2 visits there left me upset. Both times, we arrived about 25/30 mins before closing and I felt as if the red-headed woman (I believe she is a manager) was annoyed at our presence. On both occasions, she came up to my daughter and I informing us the store would be closing shortly. I was aware that the hours had changed and again, it was still during open hours. As a former retail manager, I would think she'd be grateful that I chose to come to their location to spend my hard earned money. Tonight, it felt as if she was following us around the store, hoping we would leave. After she approached us to remind us they'd be closing soon, we decided to leave the store without making a purchase. Again, I do really love this store but unsure if we will be returning. If we do go back, I hope our business is welcomed, regardless of our arrival time. Too many stores are going out of business for you to treat customers as if they are an annoyance. Hoping for a better experience in the future.

I would recommend Mandee's to those who are looking to save money but don't care too much about buying something and then changing your mind later on. This store is very similar to Rainbow shops and Charlotte Russe. They always have clothing for low prices. They used to be an all women's clothing store, but RECENTLY they added a men's section. So MEN can now shop there as well. I do enjoy shopping there every now and then, however, like I said for my review of Rainbow, I feel they would make more business more often if they didn't have the policy of not giving refunds and that you only have two weeks for an exchange or store credit. Customers do like knowing they can get their money back.

So I’ve been coming to this Mandee’s for about two years? I’ll admit the sales are what always make me wanna come back. I think the clothes are really cute and super cozy! And for the price, I haven’t really had any issues with the quality of the clothes I’ve bought either! The staff do their job, and that’s all I can really ask of them! It’s usually quiet and I’ve worked in customer service before and sometimes the slow days made me not wanna talk much or be peppy to customers, but even when they aren’t super welcoming, they never ignore me when I’m ready to pay, or rush me either when it seems I decide I wanna look around the stuff near the register!I can’t go shopping for new clothes all the time, but when I can, I always enjoy going to Mandee’s cause i know i can leave with a lot without breaking the bank!
