I came in with double knee replacements after not advancing in pt and started training under curtis’s programming and ive made almost full recovery using unique techniqes and tens machinery also specific pool exercises it’s now been 6weeks and my overall strength and confidence is through the roof his knowledge on how the body works specifically with the knees hips and back are revolutionary he doesn’t emphasize on body building teqnique as much as he focuses on strengthening the weaknesses he and the staff there work so well together to keep the ever needing demands up ? for the clients who need it All the locations are great but for physical recovery see Curtis 1st ?
