Jack was very professional. He answered all my questions and advised me of protection coverage offered by H & R Block. He gave me his card and told me if I had any questions or future questions to email him. He said he is always available.

I had an appointment this evening, don't go here , they have unprofessional tax preps, starting with a Spanish young girl with glasses that claimed to be the Manager, she was so unprofessional speaking with her hands like a street talker. I was literally telling the tax prep what to put on my tax forms. I had to mention to him about 5 times I was doing my tax returns jointly married. The thing that threw me off was he asked me to sign and below was suppose my signature my husband had to sign. He didn't know how to correct the error. Unprofessional staff. Very upset ?Manager told me the tax prep was on training and then she got offended when I told her to delete everything and give me my forms back. She should had sat with him but no she was in the office doing nothing and texting on her phone. Unbelievable!!!

First time I ever came to H&R Block I had the best experience with Albert!! He took his time and effort to help me. I highly recommend this place ? he provided me with an emrald card as well and 45 min later can use some of my return!! They are all very helpful , knowledgeable, and caring and go behind to help you with your situation. Thanks Albert ?
