Cozy, quiet, clean with great free breakfast buffet. My only real complaint is there’s nothing interesting in the immediate vicinity. Which is obviously not the hotel’s fault but it makes it kind of boring at times.
Nearby activities: There’s a petrol station nearby!
Walkability: It’s easy to walk around the facility I think you’ll find the ground is quite suitable for stepping on.
Food and drinks: Excellent breakfast buffet, surprisingly robust selection in snack shop.

Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Comfortably slept a family of 5. Good location to Stony Brook, Port Jeff, Pathogue and a nice drive to the Hamptons. Very quick check in / out. Quite good breakfast considering it’s free. Fantastic value.

Danger! Warning! We were subsequently charged USD 50 by credit card without giving a reason. When we asked, we were told that we had stolen bed linen, which was subsequently declared as miscellaneous on a corrected invoice. We filed a police report and notified the credit institution. We will never enter this hotel chain again.
Safety: Be careful with your credit card

Rooms were basic and average. They were clean but had a funky smell to them.
Safety: The parking lot was very well lite. I felt safe coming and going at any hour.

We stayed here for one night because there was a wedding in town we were attending. To be honest we did get the "wedding" rate but it was expensive in my opinion, for one night. Perhaps that is what rooms cost these days IDK. The room itself was fine, we did have a king size bed. The place was clean. The staff was pleasant and helped us out. The hotel was in a good location, and there were a lot of retail stores around if you did need something. There was a mall down the road.
I would say that the "free breakfast" that they did offer was awful.
Eggs and sausage were bad. Not really worth it to be honest. Coffee was good and anything like fruit or prepackaged items like yogurt were fine. There is a diner down the road, it probably would have been a better option for breakfast.
I gave it three stars because it was just ok. Not awful not great. It was fine for one night. Pricey but

Worst Holiday Inn breakfast I've had. They didn't have the cinnamon buns both nights we were there. Instead, there were dried out bread rolls. Beds were very uncomfortable. Woke up with shoulder and back pain. The sofa bed sheet had dirt and blood stains. Hotel staff was nice and gave us new sheets and extra bedding. Their pool was good. Front desk was also good.
The worst was their bed. It was the worst bed I've slept on in a hotel. And, we stay in a lot of different hotels each year.

Nothing wrong with the hotel but you really need a car as there is limited public transport and a stunning lack of footpaths in the area.
Walkability: As close to zero walkability as it is possible to get.

Had to cancel ahead of time due to getting COVID, those guys didn’t refund me anything. They literally took my money and send me to fk. Customer service didn’t not helped, they tried to get me a “free membership” when I’m calling about a refund and the crash of my whole vacation time. If I can I’ll never ever will try to book them anymore.
