Best salon on Long Island! I’ve been to many different ones, but this is the best, hands down. Sky is incredibly attentive, friendly and quick. My nails are always perfect and have never chipped (been going here every 2-3 weeks for 2.5 years). The salon is spotless clean and prices are reasonable. Best part: I’ve never waited when I had an appointment. They keep a great schedule and don’t let their customers wait. I noticed over the years, that I am just one of many regulars who keep coming back, because the service is simply great. Highly recommend!!

A man did good work, but his attitude was quite poor, even disdainful. He resented that I didn't get nail polish and that I only wanted my cuticles pushed back. The standard foot rub included in a pedicure was very light and brief, plausibly intended to communicate his contempt. I left a good tip, but may reevaluate if indeed I return to this establishment. No, I'm not going back there!

1st time I have gotten a pedicure, my wife finally convinced me to go. I felt like a fool for never getting 1 sooner, "essential service " 100% and I will definitely go again soon. Thanks Elegance Nails.

Did a good job but claimed new way of doing acrylic was using a gel polish base and dipping my finger into "acrylic" when the container said dip on it. I asked 3 times if it was acrylic and was told yes...

I love this place I have been getting my nails done by Ellie for as long as I can remember. Their staff is very friendly and their quality is amazing! If you need a good place to get your eyebrows done this is it!

After going there for YEARS, I am disgusted with the treatment I had there today. I Always bring cash for a tip, but I forgot my wallet. I still had credit cards on the back of my phone to pay. Unfortunately they don’t take AMEX and I had just made a large purchase on my other card and was not able to leave as much as I wanted for a tip. I see the same lady every time. My bill is always $58 and I always leave $70. But I could only charge $65. As I was texting my husband to bring me some cash to balance out the extra, the owner says “only $7?!” This was in front of all the customers and the other staff. I was so humiliated. I will never go back there again.

Though they are great at pedicures, the owner was not helpful and slightly rude to me when I wanted my 11 yr old daughter to get a manicure and pedicure along with me and my older daughter. But apparently she happily obliged to do three pedicures and manicures for an another customer when they only had an appointment for one. If it wasn't that my older daughter had taken me there for pedicures as a Mother's Day gift. I would have walked out. There many places that do good pedicures. For me customer service is the most important!!
