I came in for piercing a few weeks ago and Rachel helped me out. She was great and extremely kind and explained everything very thoroughly. i cannot stress how amazing she was. However, today i came back in and Jessica helped me out. Right off the bat she was rude and condescending. The entire time i was there she belittled me and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. She seemed too bothered to even attempt to make me feel comfortable or confident in her work. I only came in to have my nose piercing removed, she tried to overcharge me, and she tried to convince me to keep my piercing in even after I expressed how I just wanted her to take it out. If you are planning on coming here for a piercing, make sure you call ahead of time and ask if Rachel will be in. Again Rachel was amazing and extremely helpful, however Jessica was extremely rude and condescending the entire time.

Awesome place. I have been here once for a small tattoo and three times for piercings. Very clean, professional & friendly. The owner is a really cool dude witj AMAZING artistic talent & who actually listens & will be doing more work on my tats, and Rachel is always sweet & accurate when she’s piercing, I barely feel anything & have never got sn infection, which I previously did at a place in Brooklyn on an eyebrow piercing. I will definitely be going back for both tattoos and more piercings. Higjly recommend.Feb 16.Just came back to have a little tattoo put on my neck. Rachel did a superb job. I just love this place. My mom will be back the beginning of March to have a tattoo put on and of course, I will be back to have more work done I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Paul and Jessica were so so great!!!! I was scared and they made me not scared and i have baby ears and they made it work!!! Great experience, great conversation, 10/10, if you’re looked to get pierced come here!!!

I’ve gotten 3 tattoos from there so far and I love them so much, also they’re so friendly and I love Rachel she’s so down to earth and a really good artist as well and she’s super sweet!!! Also I’m attending the Friday the 13th sale!! I would like to get some type of animal!
