I was a 1st time shopper and Landis was amazing. He was patient and explained the best products for me. The selection they offered was great. This is definitely the place to go for edibles and other products they offer.

We saw the doorbell and rang it when the door was locked and shades were all pulled down for every window and nothing happened at 7:45pm. I purposefully waited at least 5 minutes in front of the store hoping someone would see my legs if they looked towards the door upon hearing the doorbell before leaving. Maybe there's something wrong with your doors /bells because I've come in at 7:55pm before and the door wasn't locked and the shades weren't down. Or, if you're going to have a team meeting or have to do something with money during business hours, maybe put a note on the door next time.

I went yesterday and met Ricky, who was so helpful. It was my first time there and it was a great experience. Went back today and Landis was just as helpful and definitely recommend anyone to go there. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Great atmosphere. 10/10 product!

Management here is terrible. I've been going here almost every week for about a year and have never had an issue before. Everyone that works there is really helpful and friendly, except the manager, Noelle, who clearly doesn't know how to manage a business.As soon as I walked in the door, she told me she can't serve minors or have them in the establishment...which makes sense and is fine considering I'm 22. She barely even looked at my ID, claiming that it was fake and that she has me and my friend on camera "several times" using a fake ID. She told me that last time my ID had a different birth date which I'm not really sure how she would even remember that considering she couldn't remember the right face. I have not been there with a friend nor have I owned a fake ID. (I've also dealt with her twice before; the second time she remembered me and didn't even ask for an ID).On top of that she wouldn't let my mom, who came in with me, purchase anything for herself and told her that her attorney was going to be contacting since she now has her on camera "selling to a minor". It's this kind of rude and ignorant mis-management that will unfortunately prevent me from going back here. This was so ridiculous it actually felt like a joke. (To reiterate...the rest of the staff is great I will just not go somewhere that the MANAGEMENT treated me so poorly).

Visited for the first time yesterday & I can say, I loved the location! Prices are reasonable & their products are very high quality! The worker was very informative as well. Great customer service and overall great location.
