Lanes were blocked by large furniture, probably to make customers walk all around store. Being handicapped, this was very exhausting

Went in to buy a few household items. The line was short, and the staff was friendly and courteous.

BEWARE!!! Just ordered a 5 piece patio furniture set and paid for delivery. 2 boxes arrived, one of them had been previously opened and used. Washers are bent, screws are worn and packing material was all cut. All chair cushions are missing. Called the store and they will do nothing about it!! They said it is all new. Now I have a set without cushions for the 4th and have to see if the manufacturer will send them. Do not order online! You will get screwed and the manager will not care!
Only good thing was the nice man who delivered. Maybe he should manage the store?

After buying the patio set yesterday today I went back and once again I was greeted by Oscar another well spoken employee of big lots he was very polite and guided me through the process of buying the exact gazebo I wanted in stead of procrastinating he was very informative and helped me load my truck great employee he’s an asset you hear that big lots !!! He’s an asset to your company

so last night, I went into big lots looking for a new outdoor patio set. I absolutely fell in love with the bro Hill collection. Hector was standing by and he asked me is there anything you can help me with I said how can you help me leave the store with this said well we have 0% financing if you get the credit card, etc. etc. etc., very politely he began explaining to me about the 12 months interest-free payback option and he ran my credit. Needless to say it was approved and I left the store with the furniture. Hector made it easy convenient soft-spoken well mannered individual Hector assisted me in loading my vehicle and assured me that I had bought a top quality item. I like the table because it has a fire pit in it and tall chairs which I've been looking for for a long time. I'm a 6 foot five individual but needless to say Hector made the experience very enjoyable and easy and that's what employees should do with customers oncore to you, Hector.

We did our homework online for a new gazebo, and wanted more info on the one we saw on Big Lots site. So we decided to go in store to see the product. We had the pleasure of speaking with Hector I. regarding the gazebo.
Hector was very knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s always nice to deal with someone that can make the process both simple and understanding.
