If I can give 0 stars I would… if I come to autozone to get my battery changed why the employee got me tools and told me to take out my own battery while he went inside and was just standing.. how dare you, that’s your job this boys are lazy don’t come to this one or the one in Selden they send you to this one. Lazy ass people.

Needed brakes and rotors went straight to AZ -Ms. Andrea looked up exactly what I needed for my truck. She is extremely professional, courteous, friendly and respectful. Although there was terrible rain outside she carried and put them in my car. Every single time I've been in the store, she welcomes with a graceful smile. Makes transactions easy and fast. It is a pleasure to be served by Ms Andrea.

Went after work to get an oil filter and oil some other things i ask does this filter come with the oil the guy said yes so i trusted him i looked this moring 16.99 for the oil filter this tall earing wearing kid with curley hair had the nerve to tell me it came with and charged me 16.99 i asked twice was he too dumb to check i woulda made sure to get the filter that came with the deal now i cannot even get a refund since i changed my oil and used the filter thanks tha one dude neaver happend to me ever before they neaver lied and made sure it was the filter that came with the deal that 17$ was a meal or two wasted
