“So I was driving on a pretty busy road and I heard a loud pop from outside my car, then a few seconds later my tire sensor went off. I pulled over and one of the tires was completely flat.
I called AAA and a Double N tow truck came very quickly. The driver (his name was Ish) was extremely helpful. He figured out that the problem was likely a nail in the tire that had come out while I was driving. Even though it was nearly 7 PM, he said there would be someone at the shop that could fix it.
He took me to the shop and the tire was plugged in about 10 minutes for a very reasonable price (I didn't get the name of the guy who fixed it, but he was very helpful too).

“I just had a repair at Midas, located at 1835 Middle Country Rd,. Centereach. My first time there. I have to tell you being at many car repair facilities throughout my life I was extremely happy from start to finish. The staff was great. The service writer, who was the owner was extremely knowledgeable and clear when explaining repair. I was having an exhaust manifold replaced, not something many repair shops want to do. I received a text telling me they were beginning the work (never got one of those in my life). Also were sent pictures as the manifold was removed and prepped for new part, (again never before). Than a text that the repair was completed and to call to arrange pick up. Total amount due was just as explained, no surprises. Very, very happy, would highly recommend.”

“This place is great. The service is fast, employees are nice, prices seem extremely competitive compared to other service centers I have been to. For christmas I was sent a coupon that nearly covered the cost of an oil change which was truly excellent service. I don't really have a ton else to say besides the fact that this is the best service center I have been to and I see no reason to go elsewhere.”
