The woman at the cashier register it’s so rude!!! Not my problem if she has any personal problems. We went just right now and she was so rude I ask her for the price of an item which of course if u ask you for the price it’s because I didn’t see it!!! I won’t be asking for the price knowing it already!!!!!!! She just pointed directly to the price not even saying anything!!!! She was even rude with my dad!!!! I work in customer service and no matter how my day it’s going I won’t be treating customers like that!!! Make sure who you put as the face of your business!!!

I can’t believe it today is August 11th I went to this store because I’m a big fan of 7-11s and first of all there wasn't any napkins available in the dispensers coffe was weak and worst of all I BOUGHT A BON APPETIT CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN IT TASTED FUNNY SO I LOOK AT THE WRAPER AND NOTICED THAT IT EXPIRED OVER A WEEK AGO SMH COME ON a franchise I tried to call and the phone was not a working number SMH wowsers THINK TWICE BEFORE GETTING SOMETHING AND NOT CHECKING THE THE EXPIRATION Date

Sign says fresh coffee or its free but no coffee made and told only making regular thats out.. then Overcharged me for smallest coffee paper cup 2.09. During the any size for 1.00 sale going on. When I questioned the price was told thats what is. Something shady going on there.

The woman behind the counter was on the phone and kept waving me off everytime I try to ask her to purchase something. And then when she finally came to the register she was still on the phone talking. No professional courtesy whatsoever. It was like talking to a brick wall. She must have said "what" three times. And then told me they did not have it. Unbelievable. I know which 7-Eleven to avoid.

One rude worker has ruined this place for me. I've gone here every morning for years and I'll never be back. I no longer feel welcomed. Plus there's too many other places that would love to have my money and patronage.

One of the night shift workers were not wearing a mask at all.He was ringing me on register and changing the coffee filters.It’s a pandemic, and there is no safety precocious in this store at all. I don’t feel comfortable for someone to be ringing me up with their bare hands with no mask or gloves on

So let's start with this employee. The man with the long gross hair who works the register has a mask on his neck but doesn't wear it. He's serving people food too . I sure hope someone turns him in .Since covid began I been in this 711 hand full of times and it's always him with no mask. He's a night time employee. Some of the women during the day are on and off with the mask. I get it . Who wants to wear one but this is a public place and your serving people food too. Come on!!! I will take my money to Walgreens next store for that gallon of milk bread and keruig coffee pods.

My wife wanted a Coffee and a Danish. I wanted white castle! We bought 1 coffee and a Danish and left.We were Charged for 2 coffees and a Danish! Went back to the 711 and The Indian owner said I bought 2 coffees and a Danish when I didn't! She was very rude and Nasty!! I make 150,000 a year as a Union Plumber. I wouldnt Ever go there again!! Stay away!!!
