I live local and wind up at this salon about once every five years when unail salons i like are ocer booked. Then i remember that I am never wowed by it and don't need to go there again

I clearly told her to keep my length and she continued to file down I left with short nails. On one hand the other is much longer. They kept changing workers on me. I had 4 people work on me for a dip manicure. Simple job took over 2 hours. She continue to answer the phone while working on me. It’s not like the nail salon was full of people. There was barely anybody in there. They continue to talk over me, not paying attention to what I wanted she continue to keep filing until my fingers were sore from cuts very aggressive. I came in there for a simple dip manicure and 4 people continue to do my nails I did not come there to tip everybody I came there to tip only one person, since I only had one Service to do. You would think with inflation people need their money they don’t have time to keep spending for tips each person over $10 tip for clearly nothing. Go to the nail salon across the street. They will treat you better. They won’t answer phones on top of you. They won’t talk while they’re working to other workers they keep it business over there. Do not come to this nail salon every time I go, there they continue to fail and hurt me. I overheard they don’t clean their tools. A few of my friends got fungus from the pedicures that’s why I don’t do pedicures over there they don’t clean tools. Please keep that in mind. Only reason why I went to the salon is because the one across the street didn’t have the color I wanted. But I would never return back to that salon. Read this comment how you want manicures pedicures services are not free you pay for what you want. Tips are optional due to the service that you provide tips shouldn’t just be for everybody who just touches you. The person who works on you only is the person who deserves the tip in this case the person who did my nails for the last did not deserve tip left my nails uneven. The service is not free. I have to pay for uneven nails, if you really care about your manicure or services that’s expensive don’t come here. I still tipped her. FYI

This nail place used to be very good. I got a gel manicure by Ling. It chipped on 4 nails the next day. When I went back the owner was very nice and fixed my nails. Ling came up to me and rudely told me u have to get “powder gel” next time. I have always gotten gel manicures and they last 2 weeks. The manicurist who fixed my nails told me Ling doesn’t know how to do nails. Stay away from Ling! She is rude and unprofessional

this nail salon is completely disrespectful. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the result was nothing close to the picture. told them I don't like it and wanted them to fix it. made me come back later or they wouldn't fix it. when I went back, the whole time they were talking about me in Chinese. extremely rude for something that was their fault.

Very amazing business people there are very talented and nice but there's only two people who are good and that's the two owners who do acrylic the guy is the best otherwise everyone else will just hurt your nails those two are amazing tho they just need better employees

They didn’t do my toes like I asked. I had to tell the girl a few times how to do it and still didn’t turn out right. My friend got her nails done at the same time and they said they never put her in the books for her appointment. She had to wait 45 minutes just because they forgot to put her in the books.
