Terrible costumer service. I was helped by a guy name Denis which it was the most unprofessional person I have ever been helped before in a bank institution. He had no eye contact at all time. He was looking at the floor, computer, the ceiling, the sky, anywhere but us (me and my kids). I was unsuccessfully opening my kids bank account through "the online banking" so I called costumer service and they asked me to go to a branch, because they couldn't walk me through it by phone. In the branch "Denis" said that it was no possible for him to help me because he wasn't "trained to do this" I replied that I was missed informed by phone and that's why I was there and I needed to get this done. The first time he proceeded to try to open an account on his own and he was kicked out of the website the same way I was, I explained him that was my experience with the website. He kept trying and he finally did it, but on his own. He didn't bother to walk me through it the way I needed it, he showed me the first 2 steps and then I did it all on my own. I stayed there until I was able to open at least one of the accounts (2-3min) and I walked out saying "thank you" many times to see if at least reply once. Of course not. He was annoyed by us and he just wanted us to leave, I knew this because he just stopped talking to us and started to work on his computer ignoring us completely, forget about the question everyone else would ask " there is anything else I can help you with?". I had many questions about my kids bank account, but no possible for me to ask anything else to such a unpleasant person. I hope never have to go there again.

**Beware ** I've gotten counterfeit $100 bills from this bank like 3 times . 2 times from teller and 1 time from cash machine. Then today I over heard a lady telling the bank teller she just took too much money by accident out of cash machine and brought it to teller to put back in and they told her they are counterfeit too. Something is going on. Not happy!!

I can never transfer funds to this bank without a problem. I do the same transaction month after month and they always give me some reason as to why they "don't believe they do that type of thing" until they "give it a try" after involving an equal-confused coworker and a 10 minute long unecessary and frustrating conversation. And yet, its possible every time.

This is bank I don't know how to review a banking experience. The toilets are nice I guess. Mostly old people come here, if this is a good review then I don't know what a bad one is.
