Just be very careful of how they fit you child and the shoes they recommend. They sold me a pair of shoes for my daughter (first walker) and within a week the shoes mis-shapend and she got giant blisters. The shoe material gave way and slanted, and her foot was not walking in the shoe properly at all. She was walking on a slant , which she stopped instantaneously as we put on new shoes.I spoke with the store and was told that my daughters' walk changed in a week, or its her foot..and the store is the retailers and not manufacturers. The store owner also told me it looks like the shoe is brand new and that there is nothing wrong with it. (see pic where her foot totally does not fit in the shoe properly). The fact that this $115 pair of shoes is useless after a week has nothing to do with them. My daughter wore them for maybe 3 hours a day for one week. When we were choosing at the store, i specifically asked that these shoes would provide good support (they are open toed).There was zero customer service. The owner did take the time to speak to me but offered nothing. She did offer me to reach out to the manufacturer myself (and that this was the fastest and best way to get a response). I did reach out and will update the post as they respond.I am sure the store sells other quality shoes and that if you know the shoes you want or have an older child its fine; but for a new walker and foot do not trust the saleslady, unless you know what you want.

I went into the store to sop with my daughter, who looks a certain way, and the workers were tripping over each other to help her. I then went in a different time wearing a snood and not looking a certain way. I finally got someone to help me when another customer walked in, also looking a certain way, and they promptly left me sitting there and ran to help the other person. I then went to A Shoe Inn and was treated with total respect. Needless to say, Tassles has lost me, and my family, as customers.Regarding the response from your store, about me being in your store this week and I was given excellent customer service. FYI, I haven’t been in your store since before Pesach. The incident I had was from then. Don’t know who you saw on the camera and whose receipts you looked at, but they weren’t mine.

I heard this store carried a beautiful selection of babies and kids shoes (and some young adult), so I traveled in 45 minutes to see for myself; I found adorable shoes for my baby-- and what I loved even more, was the warm and attentive service. They met my every shopping need. It's DEFINITELY worth traveling from far or near-- best shoe store!
