After a bad experience Frank the manager called me and rectified the whole situation. Gave me a new pair of shoes and was really a mensch. Thank you! Much more on par with the usual great service at Jildor. Thank you again!

So unfortunate that they aren't willing to support the community that supports them during these horrible times. You should be ashamed for not hanging Jewish support in your store which is located on Central Ave.

Worst customer service. Shoes came damaged, I sent them back using their provided return label and they "Never received the shoes". Now out the shoes and the $. Have a better system in place.

Great selection on line, however, their business practices leave much to be desired. The latest issue I have with them is today's deceptive "End of Summer Take an Additional 30% off Sale Merchandise" email. A few weeks ago I purchased a pair of sandals on sale for $117.60. After wearing them quite a bit I thought I might get a second pair in another color. So, when I received today's email I thought 'yay, I'll get that second pair, now'. Well, imagine my surprise when I see that the sale price had changed from $117.60 to $147.00! 30% off $147 equals $102.90 which is actually only 12.5% off of the 'original' sale price of $117.60! To prove that Jildor is falsely advertising 30% off I looked at another pair of sale sandals I had in mind that had been listed on sale for $50. Today they are $62.50 with 30% off. Again, the discount comes out to 12.5% off of the original sale price of $50! SO DECEPTIVE! - WHAT APPEARS TO BE A GREAT DISCOUNT IS NOT REALLY A GREAT DISCOUNT WHEN THE PRICE IS INCREASED TO ACCOMMODATE A DISCOUNT!

I can't believe i haven't written a review for jildor yet - this store is amazing and the people are ridiculously helpful! Any time I've needed a shoe in the past 10 years, they've had it! Sandals, sneakers, shoes for my bridal shower and wedding. You name it, they have it! They're a little on the expensive side but they have a few low ticket items as well and any shoe they have lasts! If you have an issue with a shoe, don't worry they'll take care of you!

Jildor has the best quality shoes in the area. I am shopping in Cedarhurst since I was a kid and always Jildor is there. Great shoes at great prices.
