i don’t recommend this bank.the employee no friendly. i just change 2 bundle quarter for 20 cash. what she say with me? this is the last you can change quarter. is this kind your employee threat people? don’t worry i will never come to yourbank.

The bank itself is fine. The employees are very friendly. I have gone in there twice since my mother died, to close her accounts and collect a settlement payment. The people I have dealt with have been wonderful; they helped me fill out vital paperwork, notarized it, and submitted it. However, they cannot help me, they cannot get me a status update as to why the process is taking so long--they gave me an email and said that that address was the only place I could get answers. I have been emailing regularly since mid-February and have yet to receive any sort of response. They don't even send out an automatic response saying they got the email. It is beyond rude and I have no other recourse but to give the bank a negative review.

Always a pleasure going into the bank .They should try to keep non Capital One bankers out of parking lot. I have been with this branch well over 10 years and with Capital One for over 25 years and that is the problem I have had.

Don't assume you're going run in and run our. I rarely go into branches unless absolutely necessary. I work for many banks and understand that delays are not due to the tellers/agents but the institutions structuring. Staff was friendly and understanding.

They differently need more clerks at this location. If anyone comes to this location to do any business, be prepared to wait a while. Like right now for example I have 12 people ahead of me waiting. It's differently terrible. I hope anyone finds this helpful. Stay healthy people.
