WARNING!!!!!!! Very disappointed! I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. Attempted to exchange one for size. Spoke w customer service and they said when I return wrong size they would be sending out the new size. I returned show with in 4 days. That was JUNE they have not sent the shoes and they are now telling me I have to pay $12 for the exchange of size. Additionally the show is now on sale and final sale and they refuse to give a credit!! And they were rude as well. Sad.

I ordered online 3 pairs of shoes for my kids. The next day the shoes went on sale. I called them and they would not give me the sale price. They were not nice about it. They didn't care. Won't be buying from them again.

New owners and new management= same bad service. Actually worse, now they can't fit either. I wish Yoel never retired. He always fit my kids well. Since he left a few years ago it has only been down hill. I think It's time the "INN" closed
