They don’t clean out the lint trays. Luckily I know where the broken one is and do it myself —so my clothes actually dry. Don’t they know that’s a major fire hazard? Several machines out of order. Wish they cared about cleaning besides just mopping the floors.

Had alot of blankets to wash. Used the big machines and we were done in a reasonable time.

The entire facility is filthy, machines are overpriced and far too many machines out of order. Washers are very musty and dry time per quarter is ridiculously short.UPDATE... Tried once again as I didn't think that it could be worse, I was wrong. The insides of the washers are now also dirty and extremely foul smelling as if no one maintains the equipment. Never again.

They do their best to keeping it clean. The only bad part is that let horse owners and pet owners use their machines. I know it's a public laundry service. But they should have a couple machines sole purpose for those people. Cause it gets a little annoying having to brush off the hair of those animals off your clothes.

Washing machines are getting old and do not run properly. 2 machines running at the same time and cycle will finish at different times.

I can't say enough about the service Dave and Billiejo provide. I am dealing with a difficult situation due to a busted commercial washer where I work and they have both gone WAY above and beyond to help me with my laundry AND schedule needs.Their place is always clean, warm and full of great community members. It is people like them that make Cazenovia such a wonderful town! Thank you Caz Laundry!
