Bought a grill online for pickup in store, as it said it was in stock at this location on ACE's website. When we arrived, turns out it was indeed not available there. This also happened at THREE other ACE stores we called. Bare minimum, one should be taking stock of their inventory and updating it online. The representatives were nice enough about the mistake, but this is basic. Please improve this.

Small but cute and have some different stuff. Different pet foods you can't find elsewhere. Staff were very friendly.

I've been a customer at Young's General Store in Catskill ever since they opened. To the best of my recollection I've never had anything close to a negative experience in that store....in any way shape or form. Helpful, friendly, cooperative and most of all eager to please. It's so worth it to shop at Young's General Store than any big box store......by a country mile in fact. They're well stocked and if by chance they are low or out of something they can get it very quickly from their other store or at worst tell me when it's arriving from their supplier. I'm very happy that a store and employees like this still exist. Thank You Young's General Store for just being you!!

A guy helped me make some odd cut y11 keys today. He was super helpful and quick. Also, the keys worked perfectly!

This is a good place to get whatever you need the workers here are really nice and help you whatever you need and the prices are bad either.

They always have hard to find items. Great staff and great ownership. Plus I'd rather give my money to the little guy than the big box stores.

On the morning of 5/24/23 my father stopped into get treats for his dog. When he went back out to his truck, he noticed smoke coming under the hood of his truck. He opened the hood and there were flames shooting out of the engine. The older gentleman working there called for a fire extinguisher immediately. They got the fire out and the truck and my father are both fine. Thank you so very much for going above and beyond and helping him..

I enjoy the personal attention I receive at Young's General Store. They often have just what I came in for and in addition I generally also pick up something else I needed but forget to put on my list. The store has a real hometown feel to it and that's something that's hard to find these days. They are great on the phone or in person, so I try to give them the business whenever I can. I prefer to spend my money at local business rather than the big box stores. I'd say " Give them a try" I believe you'll see just what I'm talking about.
