Your orange box on the wheel of your shopping carts are useless.
I walked in with your shopping cart, I was looking for an item I needed for canning peaches. I did not find it. I walked over the threshold of your door and couldn't get thru.
the managers running up to the cart and me, bells and whistles, lights flashing, I thought I won something.
No that was not it.
you wanted me to pay 25cents to walk out the door, you charge shoppers to use their carts. it's bad enough you charge for your bags now you're charging to use your baskets.
I told your manager to kiss my $@! .
next time I shop in your store I'll use a Dollar Tree shopping cart

I will never set foot in that store or pharmacy ever again! They were told SEVERAL months ago, even before we switched pharmacies, we do not want the automatic refills on our medications. Well, they didn't comply with it. My husband had a vital heart medication because he has a severe chronic heart condition, and the medication is vital for him to have. When he called his doctor to have the medication sent to our present pharmacy to get filled there, it took 10 DAYS to get the situation rectified!We had a similar situation last month with my husband's medications, and told them then that we will no longer be using their services, and to cancel ALL OF OUR MEDICATIONS! They never did!Right now, as I am waiting for the medication to finally get filled by our current pharmacy. Right now, my husband is feeling the effects of not having his cardiac medication.Shame on you John and Matt! I will absolutely definitely, absolutely never step foot in Price Chopper in Catskill. It is to the point that I will be considering legal advice as to what needs to happen to ensure that none of our prescriptions will ever be filled by your establishment ever again!

The pharmacist here - and his entire staff - go way above and beyond their scope of duty to accommodate the customer. They have contacted my other pharmacy to get prescriptions transferred, worked with my insurance, contacted my doctor, etc. And - due to my strict, limited insurance plan - I wasn't even a regular customer here at the time! I now go here whenever possible because they are so nice and helpful.

I've always loved shopping in Pricechopper. Yesterday I dealt with John in the pharmacy. He is the most friendly, cheerful, kind helpful person. He is a HUGE asset to your business in these times of difficulty. I'm so grateful for John.

Best pharmacy in Catskill, they always check prices to see which prices are cheaper for all prescriptions. They save me money on every prescriptions, every tech at this pharmacy is very helpful and kind to me, i would highly recommend Catskill Price chopper.

I like everyone in this store. My husband who had not been there over one year; recently after being vaccinated, shopped and an employee recognized him and acknowledged him! The deli crew also knew that I bought a certain cheese in bulk and helped accommodate me when PC no longer supplies Finlandia

Generally one very rude pharmacist. Inconsistent pick up times for needed medication. I would recommend going anywhere else than price chopper pharmacy. They have gone from bad to worse.

I pick up meds for my disabled family member. Matthew one of the pharmacists is rude, dismismiasive and un professional. Ir got to the point I was ibrimitaded when Ivwent to pick up meds I changed pharmacies and further more I won't even food shop there anymore.

Long time customer! Great pharmacist! Always willing to consult with you about any questions you may have about medication/doses/refills. Close to home, and on the way usually to where you're going (if you drive to work into Catskill) Recommend this location!

I would choose zero stars but I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone there's too many people trying to play Dr. They will do anything possible to make sure u dont get your Rx they are miserable older women who works there with the look of death and matt one of the pharmacists he truely is on a power Trip and will go through anything to ensure there's a issue with your script. One other pharmacist there is great but is not there much named John he is definitely helpful and friendly.
