My family had storage with this place for at least 10 years maybe more after my mother passed away everything was left up to my sister to take care of when this place decided to move their central office where they would take their payments at they never left any kind of notification for their existing doing my sister went to go make a payment on the storage unit she was unable to do so because she didn't know where to make the payment at after calling several times and never receiving a call back or a return call for her messages for at least the next four months or so she had went to go to the storage unit one day and found that the storage unit had been double padlocked meaning that she did not any longer have access to the storage unit. So she decided to try calling them again and shortly had learned that the storage unit had been so-called repossessed and that all of our belongings that were in the storage unit had basically been sold, just like we see in storage wars. I came home in 2016 mind you my mother had passed in 2013. I called the storage unit several times a day for the first 30 days that I had came home without receiving a single call back. Finally I decided to try calling for my girlfriend's phone and acted as if I wanted to rent a storage unit I finally got a call back! And I'd ask to speak to the manager who informed me I was at this time I then questioned as to why it took so long to get a call back and why my storage unit had been repossessed he had been informed me that my sister had not returned any of his phone calls informing her of her late payment and that she needed to make one or the storage unit would be sold. Now I'm not the kind of guy to take my sister's side just because she's my sister but this guy was literally lying to me and I knew this because of the fact that of all the phone calls I had made to him without him returning one of those calls. Basically what I'm getting at is that these guys at pack rat storage are exactly that a bunch of RATS! MIXED WITH A LITTLE BIT OF SNAKE IN THE GRASS! I mean come on a family that gives a company business for that long and a couple of months without payment and they rip everything out from under the family and sell it really who does that!!!!!!

Clean place but they don’t answer the phone, return voice mails, or answer emails.

I go past them when I go to work at Cooksburg lumber it's a ruff cut lumber sawmill good place to work
