Came out very quickly to help me with my Subaru that wouldn't start. At first I thought I would need to get it towed very far and was in the middle of work which of course was very stressful for me. The gentleman that came out was very proactive and immediately thought it was my battery. He helped to jump start my car and even offered to reach out to my insurance company to help me possibly get refunded some money since he didn't end up having to tow me. Such a huge help to me and really went above and beyond. Thank you!

I apologize if I misspell Mr.Jared name if it is written incorrectly. But I must say he was very professional, polite, and caring for my vehicle (Alfa Romeo Guila). After my husband tire popped from a pot hole. I am overall satisfied with the tow service rendered and highly recommend him.

Great great service. Saturday night after a snowstorm. Only ones to take my call. Truck came out in half an hour. Curved driveway made it hard to access. Eli, the driver, figured it out. He used a tree to angle it right. Props for ingenuity.

I was stuck on Windham Mountain in Windham, NY on Christmas Eve 2022 for almost 8 hours thanks to a lost car key on the slopes. The ski resort had closed, all car dealerships were closed, and I didn’t have any way else of getting off the mountain and back home. It was an extremely nerve-wracking time, as the holiday season and weather conditions made getting roadside help very difficult. Mr. Lausen was extremely communicative and professional when he arrived to help me out, and treated me and my car with great care when he got to my location. It was really late, almost midnight, when I finally got picked up, but Mr. Lausen went above and beyond, making sure that my car was carefully towed to the dealership and even went out of his way to drop me back off at home, even thought it was around 2am on Christmas Day (!) when I got there, and he had already been working long hours and would have to do it all over the very next day.
