New employees as of 8-06-2024! Avoid the Hudson and Kingston stores at this point as they are having many problems with their staff lately. The Hudson and Kingston Cricket locations are *NOT* attached in any way to the Catskill store here.
Totally different owners and operators of those two locations mentioned above, so avoid the headaches and regret of going to the Hudson or Kingston locations and just do your business at the Catskill store.
Ask for Matt, top class service guaranteed.

You're website says you're open until 7 but in reality it's 6 how hard is it to update hours of operations on your website. Also when you call phone doesn't ring and when it did was hung up on. Do better cricket.

Cricket itself is a terrible cell phone company. The bill is never what it’s suppose to be they constantly try to get 5-10 dollar fees wherever they can. The app is consistently not working so you can’t save money there. Danny at this specific establishment was terrible. Must be new because he couldn’t help and doesn’t know anything about cell phones and SIM cards. “Must be a customer service thing” is what I got.

Jose is the best worker ever this guy is outstanding and has helped us out at osl so many time with customers who needed support or had other Carriers and in return I’ve assisted him many customers who get cricket here at Walmart. Outstanding worker in need of a raise . 10/10 must keep worker

If I could give a 0 I would! Don't bother with this store! I leased out a new phone and since day 1 this phone is not working! Cameras blurry, calls and internet gets dropped, screen glitches nonstop, speaker doesn't work and SO MUCH MORE. I've been calling their store for A MONTH AND THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE. Had no problem charging my credit card REPEATEDLY THOUGH MAKING ME OWE ALMOST $200 IN OVERDRAFT FEES! I'm about to go back to STRAIGHT TALK!!!!

I’ve had a family plan with Cricket for 10 years and have always been very satisfied. Today I went with my daughter to get a new phone. The salesperson told her the phone came with a case, glass protector and headphones. When we got home and looked at the bill because it seemed really high the case and protector were both charged at full price. I called and spoke to Savannah and was thinking it was a mistake and was going to go back to get the headphones and get the bill adjusted. Unfortunately she told me accessories cannot be brought back and basically there is nothing she can do about it, no headphones either btw. So basically she totally lied saying it “came with the phone “ and my daughter was overcharged by almost $100. Just be careful and check your bill, they must work heavily on commission or just don’t mind ripping people off. Too bad because overall Cricket is a great carrier. I’m really disappointed.I want to thank the owner for responding promptly last week. I have a question, can I at least return the case my daughter bought for $35 that she was told was part of the package? There were only 2 choices and she didn’t like either but she took one to be nice. Do I need manager approval? Thank you.
