“I primarily do my banking at the kB Westside branch. I use the drive through and I go inside the bank and I have not had a bad experience anytime! The staff there are courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable of their jobs. If one is unsure of an answer they’ll find someone who is sure to make sure you have what you want! The teller named Tavia knows me by sight and will call me by name! This means a lot to me! It shows me that I matter and that my banking business is important! I highly recommend KB to everyone I know!!”
