Bill the owner basically rescued our adult daughter after a multi-vehicle wreck on the Thruway. He not only towed her car, but drove her safely to the next exit so she could get home. Wow. What a menche he is! Thanks Bill!

So i got my husband's truck stuck in a ditch this morning. I call Absolute towing and they were so nice. They sent Jim out to help me and he even got me to smile. I would be using them again.

Absolute Towing absolutely saved us! We slid into a ditch on an extremely icy road on New Year's Eve - so icy that the tow truck we called first would not even drive down the road to attempt to pull our car out. Absolute Towing, however, arrived within 20 minutes and immediately got to work skillfully and efficiently extracting our car without any damage to the car at all. Can't recommend enough!

More like "Absolute Worst Towing!" My roadside assistance provider contacted them to tow me. Apparently, there was an issue with the payment information. Instead of Absolute Towing updating me or the provider of the situation, they simply cancelled the service. It was only when I called them after waiting for almost two hours that they informed me of the cancellation. It took another hour for my provider to find another towing company. All in all, three hours of my life went down the drain when all Absolute Towing had to do was call me or my provider about the payment issue right after it happened. I'm just glad it wasn't in the dead of winter. Such heartless people!Update: Absolute Towing responds claiming I have wrong business. Absolute Towing in Catskill, NY.

Very unprofessional and rude. Refused to give a receipt when paying cash and were very condescending when talked to them on the phone. Don’t use them!

It was Monday, Sept 18th, 2023. Rushing from Coxsackie NY to the VA clinic in Catskill. Of course, as luck will be, I blew a tire on 9W heading south. I pulled into Absolute towing by coincidence, and ran in to ask if they could fill the tire. He looked at me without saying too much, but said there is no way that tire can hold air. Immediately he went back into the shop and retrieved a jack and pneumatic wrench and changed my tire in under a minute. I made it to my appointment with 7 minutes to spare. Some may not think much of this, but to someone that is on Active Surveillance for prostate cancer, well, I still cant thank this guy enough for helping me get on my way. He should be working the sidelines at a Nascar event :-)

Ed did a great job! He helped me tow my Tesla back to Albany. He was very nice and courteous! He even waiting for my daughter that was also picking me up.

Exceptional service from Absolute Towing. I got a flat tire on the highway and didn't have a spare, and Ed drove us in the tow truck all the way to a shop near our destination in Lake Placid. We were not expecting such excellent service and cannot thank Ed enough!Service: Car towing

Saved me from being stranded!I had a flat tire in Hudson on my rental car and was in a rush to get back to NYC. They came to my aid in 30 minutes and helped changed my flat over to the spare so I could get to an auto shop. Super friendly and reasonable pricing. Decent place with an owner who can work with you to get your car either fixed or compensated properly for the loss of your vehicle. Expert enough to pull my car off two rocks and didn't give me any collateral damage.
