In general this bank keeps poor records. They overcharged me for interest payments for 6 months in 2019. Eventually got them to reverse the charges. When I hit some personal financial hardship and ran a few weeks late (not 30 days), and then got COVID and was quarantined they wouldn't take the payment over the phone. That then hit my credit and they gave no concessions!Ok, so an update:I emailed the President of the organization on a Saturday. The President - not a representative - called me back on a Saturday to address my concerns! This one act of servant leadership has completely changed my perspective! I will ALWAYS be a member of this organization, at least as long as Michael Castellana is their President and CEO.

I have been a member of SEFCU for over 30 years and have never had any problems. Their checking is truly free as is their savings and preferred saving. I've got a fantastic rate on a car loan and when I was applying for it they were friendly about it. They have a restroom. Which most banks don't, it's really a life saver sometimes. They have drive through tellers and ATMs. I also use their app on which you can make transfers and make mobile check deposits. And ofcourse check your balances. There's no fee for using the app. They have a member solution phone center if you have to talk to a person. I've always been pleased with the service.

Bank any were but sefcu. I regretted it within to months.
