tonight was the first time i had gone to my storage unit at night. i was very pleased to see how well lit it was ! the lady in the office is incredibly nice and was very thorough with explaining everything in the application process. i definitely recommend these guys :)

One of the best experiences with a local business I have had in a very long time. Pat is fantastic, the process is exactly as she explains it, and everything goes and works as it should. Will be referring friends and going there again if I have storage needs in the future.

I have never been so disrespected by a business owner before. I suggest she takes some classes on customer service because the way she talks to people is unprofessional and rude. Since when is name calling a paying customer a good idea?? Completely disgusted, will not recommend to anyone.

We at Reliable Storage work hard to inform and prepare our storage customers for uninvited visitors into their storage units. A storage unit is no different than a garage and critters do sometimes get in. What makes the difference between minimal mouse activities often comes down to what the customer stores and how they store it. We do not access customer units and can only go by what they tell us as far as what is in their units.
